A great service received as normal, enjoyed the calm and peaceful environment

Visited the salon tonight with damaged locks which I really thought I would end up having to have all cut off...After a short discussion with 2 members of staff it turned out I could receive some magical repair treatment the next day for minimal cost. Tonight my hair was washed and trimmed and my faith restored..I could keep my long hair after all!! Lovely staff. .reasonable prices and very friendly!!

I phoned Quintessential last minute on recommendation from a friend as my usual salon couldn't see me. The person recommended to me was unavailable but they'd had a cancellation with a senior stylist which suited me so I took the chance and I'm so glad I did. Lovely friendly staff, not as modern a salon as I've been to in the past but more traditional and personal which I liked, and most importantly Ria my stylist did exactly as I asked her and I left feeling very happy with a very good cut and blow dry. I felt confident enough in her hands to discuss having low lights next time. I will definitely be retuning.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with two other salons, so was very apprehensive trying another new one. From the moment Helen started to review my hair and said what she thought I immediately felt relaxed. I was so pleased with it that I actually look forward to going instead of feeling nervous. Very attentive and professional hairdressing salon. I like friendly, with good customer service approach. Staff experienced enough to deal with curly hair, without cutting too much off! fully recommend this salon, its got the right balance.

Being new to the area I tried several hairdressers which resulted in some major hair trauma...until I visited Helen and the team. They are simply brilliant; extremely attentive, and such a fun bunch; it really is a treat now getting my hair done!
