Easy to find with convenient near parking. Not a massive salon but clean and attractive, Staff courteous and attentive. Hairdresser got to the bottom of the look I wanted to achieve, discussed all possibilities and then actually did what I asked brilliantly. Will be going again.

This is the place to go for fab hair and beauty treatments. Since moving to the area I visit Quintessential approx every 4-6 weeks . My hair has never looked soooo good and my nails are in the best condition they ever have been . Cammy is superb with my hair colour and cuts brilliantly. Becky looks after my nails and she does all beauty treatments as well. Everyone makes you welcome and at ease and not just another customer . They ALWAYS make you feel special. I always feel thoroughly pampered after my visits . Thank you all for looking after me so very very well .

First time at a new salon after moving to the area. What a great choice!
My style and colours are brilliant, Charlotte knew exactly what would suit me and how the style would suit my needs. A very friendly, chatty salon and the pot of tea was delightful.

Came here today after having my hair ruined by another salon. Charlotte got me in straight away and fixed it! All the staff were more than friendly and really helped me. Came out feeling amazing Thank you to the whole team highly recomend this salon!!!!!!

Cammy was lovely and did a really lovely job. I thought I would just have my roots done and a quick trim, but happily agreed to more colour and s loveky Blow dry. I was very very pleased with the results and totally loved being pampered and looked after so well. Thank you xx

Excellent service, very happy with the result and gave good advice.

I came in for a bleach wash and colour, unfortunately I have been let down. My scalp was and still is very sore from my stylist using 12% bleach. If I couldn't have achieved the colour I wanted I should've been told that before. I would've been happy to have settled for an all over brown and done it in stages. I have spoke to my friend who is a fully qualified hairdresser and has been for years. She said that bleach strength shouldn't have been used especially not around roots. Even the manager said the roots shouldn't have been touched with the bleach as they were light enough. Ended up with the colour mainly taking to my roots and barely any on the ends. They asked me to return to sort out the colour but I don't think I will be. Looked really nice in salon and then I saw it in daylight and really not happy with it. I've had to put a dye over it so people didn't stare. Colour didn't come out how I wanted it. And I just won't be back because of this. As my friend was sectioning my hair to be dyed we found streaks of black/brown which shouldn't have been there.

Stylist was lovely personality wise but really can't see myself returning.

I went into Quintessential looking a mess and came out with a super cut and feeling heaps better. It is such a friendly salon with a great atmosphere. Coffee is great too.

What a lovely experience I had today from the moment I walked through the door and I truly love my new colours cannot wait for next time

i explained i wanted a restyle but i felt it was only trimmed and at the end i felt it still need more cutting and shaping and the blow dry i could of done better myself at home, it was a waste of £28.50p, also no conversation at all, i tried but gave up, will not be returning.

After many failed atemts with other hair professionals, it great to finally come to a hair salon and have my hair treated well and looking good! Lovely atmosphere, you're well looked after and will give you advice on how to maintain your hair.
I go every 6/7 weeks now to have colour and wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Fantastic experience at Quintessential Hair Salon. I came in for a simple consultation to check if anything could be done to a short haircut I wasn't happy with.
