I've been unhappy with my blonde highlights for sometime - just never able to get the right result. Millie at Quintessential understood just what look I wanted to achieve and I'm really delighted with the final colour. Great colour, great cut and great service at the right price - happy days!

I made a last minute appointment Saturday and was luckily able to be fitted in with the junior Nicole. She blowdried my hair wonderfully very pleased

I have fine hair which can lose its shape quite quickly.

I'm an every other month client and I love the level of service and friendliness received every time I go whether it's my stylist Ria or one of the juniors they are always happy, helpful and most important knowledgable.

Arrived at the salon with very dry, sad hair that needed tlc. After a great treatment, wash and blow dry I left with hair that looked and felt fab. Thanks to all the team ????????????????

Had my hair done by Helen and am satisfied with the outcome as always. Helen is always fully booked but definitely worth the wait. Helen understands that I am always in a rush and would do my hair as quickly as possible but remains professional, ensuring it is cut the way I wanted. This salon is very modern, yet cosy and very nicely decorated. You can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into this salon because almost every time I visited, they'd have a new theme to the interior and the place is always very clean & tidy. I really can't fault it. One advice though ~ book early!

Had my hair done by Melissa the best hairdresser I have found whom does my hair exactly the way I want it every time. Had my nails and toes done with girlish and absolutely love them by becky. Would recommend this place to everyone. One happy customer

Had a great cut and blow dry in Quintessential this week. Bucky was very skilled and very friendly and courteous. It was a lovely atmosphere in there, all the customers and hairdressers chatting with each other. It was a really enjoyable hour spent while having my hair done.

I was in town visiting a friend and needed a massage. Milky was wonderful, had the right touch and knew what she was doing to get the kinks out.

As always, my hair was shampooed, cut and dried. Helen has always cut my hair -six years now , and I have always been very satsfied with the results. She fits me in even when very busy for the whole thing or just a quick fringe trim.

COLOUR & CUT with RIA

Been going to Ria for about 14 months. Delighted as usual. All the salon staff are very nice and make me feel pampered every few weeks.

I am a revisiting customer and revived a lovey reception. Helen listened carefully to what I wanted and it turned out amazing. Have already booked next appointment and looking forward to the experience.

Went to have my hair done for my birthday and had a wonderful afternoon. I was pampered from start to finish and am always highly impressed with the customer service here! Even got a pot of tea and a candle lit cupcake.

I had a full head of foils by milly and being as fussy as I am, it was perfect exactly how i wanted it, so pleased she's a brilliant colourist/stylist, highly recommend her. I don't generally like some salons atmospheres however I have to say this one was brilliant, one of the best I've been too, friendly and relaxing. Very impressed with the service lovely bunch of ladies.

This is my first visit to Quintessential, and I am very very happy with the service. Millie cut my hair in exactly the way I asked for. Rare in my experience to be listened to like this. And she is a lovely presence. The whole place felt very friendly; not only the great haircut, but you also get real coffee! And a wee but delicious cake to go with it.

Fabulous place. I would give more stars if I could.

Helen always cuts my hair a bit different each appointment which makes me realise she understands her client. I always go out of the shop on a high thinking about what to Wear with my new cut!

I always get the haircut that I ask for with Helen unlike some salons I've been to in the past where they've just never listened or understood what I've asked for. Helen is so committed she is even prepared to give up part of her day off to do my hair ready for my holiday.

I have always been fussy about having my hair done until I went to Quintessential and was lucky enough to find Ria. I wanted a complete change but didn't know if I would be brave enough, to cut a long story short I have gone from blonde to dark with red highlights and my hair is in so much better condition. I love having the confidence to sit down and just say do whatever you want knowing it will look good! If you want to be pampered this is where you go ????

I am always delighted when I leave this salon looking far better than when I arrived. The atmosphere is friendly and the newly refurbished salon is wonderful, very tasteful.

I always feel so much better after having my hair done in this friendly salon. It has just been tastefully refurbished by the clever owner Helen and her husband. It is also very reasonably priced.
