Booked in last minute for a spontaneous hair cut. They were very helpful and got me in within an hour. My stylist was so lovely and spent such a long time perfecting my hair I was so grateful.

An outstanding salon and very reasonably priced. Ria did an excellent job with my balayage today, she was was so quick and professional. I was over the moon with the result!

Had my rose gold colour today with charlotte, result was perfect!!! Love it. Staff are all lovely and charlotte is a diamond.

I visited salon as a new client for a completely different style and colour, after i came across their website, and felt the salon sounded very in tune with what clients are looking for in a salon. I had an earlier consultation prior to my appointment and i immediately felt in very professional hands. I could not be happier, the new short style has been cut so well, and the colour is lovely. The whole salon work together as a great team and make you very comfortable. I have already booked my next appointment.

I had an appointment today with a lady at quintessential hair dressers Ludlow I didn’t catch her name she had long dark hair and an accent she’s fab I love my hair and will boom with her again ☺️Had cut and blow dry and curled.

Had a really great first visit. Charlotte gave me a really great haircut. I generally hate having my hair cut and hadn't been to the hairdressers for quite some time, my hair was much too long. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went in except that I wanted a change and to look more professional, but I more or less just left it to Charlotte to sort it out, and I came out with the perfect cut for me. I'm really thrilled. Best haircut I've had in years and years. I've already booked my next appointment.

I went in for chat and got appt within two days. I asked for dry cut and was booked with Charlotte-who discussed what I wanted and got on with it. She frequently asked throughout cut as to length I wanted cut etc. She was friendly and chatty -but efficient and skilled with it. I was very very happy with the end result and booked my partner in before I left.

We were visiting for the fayre, and my son really needed his hair trimming and styling. Every time we’d been to a hair dresser before, they’d cut it far too short and he’d get upset. They did a fantastic job at Quintessential! They were accommodating, considerate and attentive. They really did listen to what he wanted. Excellent !

Only recently moved here so thought I would try out all hairdressers in turn. Quintessential is the first one I tried. I won't be trying out any others! Fab haircut by Charlotte. A nice chat and good price. This will be my regular salon.

Been going to Helen now for a few years,after a couple of disastrous haircuts but I never have to worry with Helen. All staff very friendly.

I had half a head of highlights done on my hair by the stylist Nicole. Even though my hair is all the way down my back and is about 1 metre long, she has done an amazing job. We chose some colours out together and reassured me what to have, then has gave me some after advice and what to do with my colour next.
My hair is very difficult as how long it is as well as how thick it is, even though she was a junior stylist she’s done a amazing job for a very cheap price too.
