Been cutting my own hair for years and decided it was time to see a professional. Kirsty gave great advice, and knew what would be best for my hair. Came out with a great cut and my hair felt gorgeous. Already made my next appointment.

Helen has cut my hair regularly for the last two and a half years. I have very fine hair which previous hairdressers have struggled to style but from my first appointment Helen created a flattering short style which is perfect.

Never disappointed with my experience at this gem of a hairdressers in Ludlow. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere and professional, cutting edge hair styling. Thank you Helen for always knowing what I want and what suits me!

Had my hair restyled by ria, very pleased.

Cut and blow dry with Cammy today. She took a great deal of time and care. She spent time afterwards making sure I was pleased with the result. I was impressed. The little cake with my drink was appreciated too!

Brilliant salon came in December last year. Brought my stepdaughter and 9 yr old daughter for hair cuts yesterday and they both came away very happy. The staff even managed to fit myself in for a trim on a cancellation. Superb service girls keep up the good work.

As always , Kirsty made a fantastic job of new colours for my hair ! The whole experience is always a joy, from relaxing head massage at the sink to transforming old colours into bright and vibrant colourations. I have total confidence in Kirsty and trust her judgement and suggestions every time. A fab job !

I'd never been to Quintessential before & went for a cut and highlights. They listened to what I wanted & got it spot on! Very happy with the service too. All the staff were very friendly & it was clear they all get on well. Lots of laughing & joking. My kinda place; I'll be back!

Today was my first visit and i found it a very welcoming and friendly environment

I haven't been to a hairdressers for over 2 years so Kirsty had a lot of hair to deal with! She was fantastic, listened to my ideas of what I wanted to do with my hair and executed it perfectly. A great environment and great professionals. I'm really happy with the results and definitely won't be leaving it so long next time. Thank you :)

Helen and her "girls" are a wonderful team. Not only highly skilled but friendly and welcoming.i have a disability and they could not be more accommodating. It is great for all ages my Daughter is now a regular after seeing the wonders Charlotte does for .e. ps cod we have coffee cake when I come next please?
