I have been very lazy about writing a review and now find myself compelled to do so...

I have been coming to Quintessential for over 10 years. The salon is always inviting - the decor is stylish (and updated regularly) - the service has that added touch (a freshly baked biscuit/ cake with my lemon and ginger tea) - the products are luxurious (you have a choice....) And essentially, their hair and beauty services are excellent. It is no surprise that, led by the very capable and talented Helen Quint - this happy Team continue to thrive,

Today I was offered a glass of mulled wine or prosecco! Happy Christmas Team Quintessential and thank you for a fantastic (and much appreciated) service..

Nice friendly staff that provide a good quality service

I love Quintessential hair - all the staff are friendly, helpful & talented so I never have to worry who does my hair whether it’s colouring, cut or wash & blow dry :-)

At last I found a hairdresser that actually listens to clients and gives solid individual advice, what a joy! Haircuts and colouring are fabulous as are the friendly, professional staff. I no longer dread the outcome of a hair appointment.

Having just moved to the area I booked an appointment and have to say I was very pleased with my experience there. It is a very friendly salon and Cammi did a brilliant colour and cut. I was apprehensive after having the same hairdresser for 9 years but I actually think my hair looks much better.

Rhea is just a great hair dresser - colours well and cuts exactly as I ask as well as being very sweet

My first visit to Quintessential, found after Googling best hairdresser in Ludlow! I really enjoyed getting my hair cut, a really relaxed friendly place. Lots of laughter, always makes for a great atmosphere

I'm new to.ludlow and I am very particular with who cuts my hair. Cammy was amazing put me at ease . Listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly how I asked. The whole team are very friendly and I would recommend them every time . I have now been back a few time and get the same quality care every time at an affordable price . I'm so glad I have them a try .

Thanks again marie i love the blended sides ....not that i didn't before but my hair can be stubborn .and i feel so pleased and content with it .. So pleased with my nails, Becky was lovely and friendly and did an excellent job
Hot chocolate was great too

An error at this salon meant my hair firstly was turned orange and red.. not brunette and blonde as I requested. A second try to correct the mistake and my hair was coming out in clumps because a mistake had been made by a senior stylist with bleach! I ended up having my hair cut off short because it was falling out! Worse experience ever would not recommend and will not return!

I've been coming here since I moved to Ludlow nearly 2 years ago . I usually visit every 6 weeks for my hair and a leg wax and a manicure/pedicure . Cammy is such a talented,professional, friendly stylist and my hair has never been looked after so well . Becky's brilliant with all the beauty treatments and like Cammy is professional,friendly and talented . Thank you both for looking after me so well and making me feel very special . This is a small salon which I prefer as I don't find it intimidating .

I WAS LATE. I was so late and Kirsty was brilliant, she still managed to put my hair up in a beautiful updo before a wedding - the whole salon was so lovely, the staff were professional but Kirsty was just amazing, I would thoroughly reccommend.
