Had a lovely freshen-up of my style today with Cammy, who did exactly what I asked for. I now have a terrific new style that I'm really pleased with. All the stylists here are very capable - in the two and a half years I've been coming here, I've never had a cut that I didn't like. I've already booked my next two appointments!

For the past few Monday afternoons I have had a wash and blow dry at Quintessential. Amber, who is a trainee, gives my hair a really good wash and massages in the conditioner, which is great! She takes a lot of care blow drying my naturally curly hair straight. I go off to work feeling confident! Amber is well on the way to being a great hairdresser!

I moved to the area in October last year and had been with my previous hairdresser for 10 years. I was apprehensive about finding a new salon but I needn’t have worried Quintessential is a very good salon, Cammy has coloured, cut and styled my hair far better than my previous hairdresser who was very good. The staff are very friendly it has a nice atmosphere. Next to the car park which is a bonus.

Rose cut my 8 year old daughter’s very long hair to a pixie cut so she could donate her hair to The Little Princess Trust. Rose was great, I couldn’t be more pleased with the cut. The salon is lovely and all the girls are really friendly and professional.

A truly wonderful experience

I love my hairdressers as they get what I mean when I’m showing pics of girls half my age and saying I want this cut but not as young looking! I probably talk nonsense but they always listen and I end up with a good hair cut/colour. Trust Rhea especially and new Clair was fab with my colour today.

Leah always works very hard. Colour came out exactly how I wanted it and it always stays in after a blow dry. Very pleased.

Can’t thank the girls enough especially Claire! My hair was bleached poorly and needed fixing, they got me in within the hour and Claire worked her Magic. Now my hair is perfect and I will definitely be returning.
