Leah & Helen always lovely to see & especially after lockdown. I am glad to see them back after my Curly hair has got very wild & unkempt. Nice & tamed again!

She gave it a good sort out after 4 months of lockdown.

I have been very concerned about this wonderful salon during the pandemic - I needn't have worried. With her premises empty, Helen has seized the opportunity to redecorate (yet another glorious Quintessential makeover) and when it comes to Covid precautions she has not held back. Every measure has been taken to protect clients and staff alike - I even had my temperature taken on arrival. I sat metres away the other client (only 2 permitted on each floor)
and had a relaxing couple of hours - so good to be back. Well done Helen and Team - the salon looks fabulous - and so does my hair! Thank you.

First visit after COVID lockdown and it was a pleasure to be back at Quintessential! Helen and her team have worked incredibly hard to keep us and the staff safe and well- very happy with my hair again after looking like a shaggy dog for a good number of weeks- Thank you Helen ???

First haircut since lockdown, nervous but absolutely no need! Salon and staff fully prepared and more to receive clients. Screens, protective clothing for staff and clients, hand sanitisers even plastic boxes to put clients coats in. I felt every precaution was covered together with lovely friendly service, thank you.

Marie did an excellent job of doing my hair very pleased she was professional and exceptionally friendly and pleasant as always already booked my next appointment thank you

They couldn't have gone to any greater lengths to make sure all the staff and clients were safe today. The salon was looking great too,after some refurbishment . So nice to be back girls!

My local hair salon, Quintessential, is open for business again after lockdown. Very professionally organized, with hygiene and social distancing measures well thought out. The atmosphere is very upbeat and relaxed. It was such a lovely experience to get my hair cut by a qualified stylist after four months. Well done, Quintessential, we love you.

Due to covid19 had to wait 12 weeks to get my hair cut, but as usual Helen has done a great job.

After 152 days it was good to be back. Thanks Cammy for your display of wizardry with the scissors. Outstanding skills and an outstanding job.

After a long break due to the virus it was great to have my hair attended to by the fantastic team at Quintessential. Very professional in adhering to the new cleaning & distancing rules. Still a wonderful, relaxing experience & I couldn't be happier with my hair. Claire was a lovely young lady as they all are there & worked wonders on my mop! Looking forward to my next visit, hopefully the beauty section will be open then! Thank you!

A great experience in difficult circumstances

Felt very safe today at my hairdressers. They have taken every care to keep customers and staff well protected. Glad they have been able to open.

Had my hair done yesterday by Cami as usual. Really enjoy going to this hairdressers. Very friendly, excellent results every time and lovely coffee.

Met Claire for the first time today....I am only 3 and she was great! I have had the best haircut I've ever had and look so cool and handsome. My mummy will definitely bring me back to Claire again!

I keep changing my mind on my colour. I was a lovely blonde then I decided to go red and now I’ve gone back to blonde. Going from red to blonde without damaging the hair is a challenge but one that was excepted and 5 hours later I have blonde highlights with pulled roots. Another toner booked in for March and highlights the next time and we’ll get back to the light blonde I was before. Thanks team xxx

Left feeling very pleased

Having lived all over the world and previously used expensive London salons I was tentative to find a hairdresser in rural Shropshire that I trusted, but Cammy is wonderful. Quick cut that’s always bang on and her blowdrys are excellent.

Thanks -another faultless visit to Quintesential yesterday. Just for a quick， neat，dry trim this time - but excellent service and perfect results as usual. Lovely mint tea and choc cake too - yummy! Thanks Cammy.

Helen has been cutting my hair since moving into the area four years ago. She has consistently styled my fine hair perfectly giving it both shape and bounce. Every appointment is a real pleasure.

Extremely relaxing- Becky is a lovely therapist and the whole experience was wonderful- I will be having another one!

Helen is just amazing! She mixed the perfect toner colour to get rid of the blonde/ yellow streak that appeared in my natural grey hair.

Very welcoming staff,always bubbly and polite my normal stylist is on maternity leave but very happy with new one great advice given and great cut
