Went for my hair cut on Tuesday 25/6 very pleased with the service.
What a lovely salon with friendly capable staff. The only one where I had tea on a tray in a tea pot!
I loved by hair.
Was very impressed. I had half-head highlights, done by Cammy. Colour turned out lovely. My hair was cut and blow dried by Rose who did a fabulous cut. The shaping at the back is excellent. I’m very happy with the finished style. Overall, a good experience and one very satisfied client ????
Have been going to clammy for nearly 12 months now . Shes amazing . Listens to whst I want and gives advise when I need it . Everyone one is very friendly . I'd definitely recommend a visit to quintessential.

This was my fist visit to the salon. Helen was fantastic! Listened to what I wanted, talked through what she was going to do. Results were brilliant.... loved the cut and blow dry and all the advice I received. Booked my next appointment before I left. ps fantastic filter coffee too!
Great salon all staff friendly and attentive, would recommend, and you get lovely refreshments and even a homemade mini cake!

Clearly my hairdresser -whom I’d never met before, was in a terrible mood as she barked at me to follow her to the wash basin. No welcome or even a smile!
Worst cut I’ve had for years! The expert cut that was growing out was ruined!
The poor girl washing my hair also seemed to have felt her wrath. We all get bad days but plain rudeness never repeats customers.
Yet another fabulous visit . Cammy did a wonderful job , as always ,with my hair and then Becky did my holiday nails and I love them and love my hair . They always make me feel very special and so very relaxed . Great salon and I'd recommend it 100% . I've never had a bad visit and that's why I visit regularly.. every 6 weeks . Cannot fault them .
I had an appointment with Leah today and asked for a change of colour. It took a few steps to get to what I wanted and throughout the whole process Leah and her Manager demonstrated great customer service and patience despite having Leah’s subsequent appointments effected. I am delighted with the result and will definitely be back.

Becky knew that my feet were extremely ticklish. That's why I have never had them done before. But I was brave and Becky was very understanding. She made me feel at ease. Job done. They're beautiful and Becky escaped injury!
Cammi did my colour cut and blow dry, as always she did an excellent job. I would recommend this salon and Cammi to anyone looking for a relaxing professional experience.

Love coming here for my regular colour, staff are always friendly and accommodating and I always leave much more relaxed than when I arrived!
Had my roots and hair colour done with a T section of highlights a trim and blow dry. All done by Marie. She did a wonderful job and my hair feels and looks great. Im very happy. Thankyou

My visit today was with Becky for some pampering and relaxion and trust me that's exactly what I got ! Becky makes you feel so relaxed and is absolutely brilliant . I nearly fell asleep I was sooo relaxed having my treatment . I also have my hair done here approximately every 6 weeks with the lovely talented Cammy . Helen should be so proud of the staff she has as they are all friendly , helpful and very talented . If I wasn't confident in their talents I wouldn't keep going back again and again . Thank you for making me feel special each time I visit .

Brilliant hair cut and colour. Decided to go darker as I was getting really light. Girls are really helpful and reassuring. Salon is a little small for when it gets so busy. I had to swap places a few times while my colour was developing. The uniform the girls were wearing were tatty with bleach down them. Love coming to this salon such a nice atmosphere.
