Another fantastic experience at S&B. Welcomed warmly by receptionist upon artival. Great products used, and a lovely massage given whilst having my hair washed. Attention to detail given throughout. I felt listened to and as a result, really love my haircut. Beautiful flowers in reception and a really nice coffee too. A busy salon which retains a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone very friendly. A bespoke experience received each time.

Craig has been cutting my hair for at least 10 years. Unlike other hairdressers I have used he never gets bored of my hair or makes less effort because I'm not a new client. I basically trust him to do whatever he thinks is best for my hair!

Andrew is an artist! As always, he had given me a fabulous cut and finish. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Having not been to an hairdressers for about a year, I was feeling and looking my age.
I had the wonderful Andreea advising me on my new shorter style.
And I have got to say she did a fantastic job and I'll never grow my hair long again. It feels really healthy and having washed it since, myself it was easy to replicate the finish that the stylist achieved. I will definitely be returning.

I've been going to salon since it opened. I've never been disappointed with the haircut and colour. The stylists always consult with you and discuss what they can do and what they would recommend. The salon experience is lovely. Great atmosphere and feel pampered after you leave. Would absolutely recommend.

I can always rely on honest advice in order to achieve the best cut (Craig) and colour (Destiny) for me and my hair type. I like Craig’s ‘randomness’ and ability to make tweaks to keep things fresh. All staff, from reception through to directors are very friendly, which creates a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Good coffee too!

Loved it! Jess transformed my shoulder length hair into a super stylish pixie cut. I was nervous about how it would look on me but it’s great. Jess listened to what I wanted to achieve, looked at the images I’d brought to show her, and worked her magic to create a lovely result. All the while chatting away in her usual bubbly manner. This is the first time I have had an appointment with Jess. I was really pleased with the end result of my hair and have had so many comments since. She was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend her to friends.

I had the most wonderful couple of hours being completely relaxed in the expert hands of Andreea. Her attention to detail is second to none, with just a little bit of extra time taken to make sure my colour was just right! She always makes sure that no colour residue is left on my face which I really appreciate. I think I fell asleep in the hair wash and massage chair at one point I was so relaxed! Fantastic customer journey from the minute you walk in the salon. Despite being a busy salon, there is always a lot of attention to detail given and it still feels like a very relaxing and calm environment. Beautiful flowers on reception and very good coffee too! Having my hair done at Sutherland and Barnett is an experience. It’s relaxing and comfortable and you get the best treatment. Jess has been cutting my hair for years and is always professional and knowledgable and does a fantastic job.

I've been going to Sutherland and Barnett since it opened and would never go anywhere else. As soon as you walk into the salon you feel welcome. Destiny listened carefully and we had a discussion about my cut and colour. The salon atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Drinks are fabulous and massage chair simply divine! Very pleased, as always with the final results.
