Sutherland & Barnett in Nottingham

After having cut my hair into a bob around two years ago, today was the first appointment I’ve had where the hairstylist has cut it exactly how I’ve asked. Andrea took a quick look at my reference photos and replicated the look perfectly and I’m so pleased with the results! The products are amazing - I bought one of them on my way out - and the wash and cut experience was great. This is the best student haircut in Nottingham.

Three ladies went in for hair up/ curls for a wedding. I ended up having mine cut. Not expecting that but WOW so glad I did. The curls on the girls were great and lasted all day and evening. A lovely salon, great vibe and friendly staff

As always, really pleased with the service at S&B. Craig listened to what I wanted (same length, less weight) and he delivered perfectly. I still have the length I like, but it feels much lighter and has more life to it (especially with the curls Craig styled in for me). Charlotte was also great - we talked about colour options for next time I’m in (when we’ve got more time), and delivered a great top-up for my current colour - covered the greys, added plenty of depth and shine to keep me going. Definitely got that ‘just stepped out of the salon’ feeling!

As always Jess is a joy to spend a morning with. Her talent is awesome, she’s so incredibly kind and so friendly. I love how she makes me feel after my transformation. The fruit tea was delicious. Thank you so much for being wonderful. 🙂

Been going to Sutherland and Barnett since they opened. Lovely salon experience, always made to feel comfortable and Natalie listens to what I'd like and delivers the perfect result every time. Absolutely recommend without hesitation.

I had ruined my hair with home dying during covid and since coming to this Salon I have fell back in love with hair again and can now say I have the healthiest hair I’ve ever had. All the staff here are are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional salon.
