As always Hannah knows how to deliver what I’m wanting. The team work is brilliant. Since this appointment was just coming in for a top of colour. I was able to have a quick consult with Craig to talk through my thoughts. Hannah then applies her amazing skills It’s so reassuring knowing they understand me as a client. ?? Thank you guys

Going to Sutherland and Barnett gives me a warm feeling as soon as I walk in the door, with that perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. I asked the lovely young lady who washed my hair how long she’d been there - and then I realised I’ve been a customer for eight years! I am a lazy customer and only manage to make it in 3 times a year; Craig is really philosophical about this, but as I always look and feel great when I leave, I resolve in future to make it four times a year.

I had highlights and roots done today. My hair looks amazing thanks to Jess. Thank you so much Jess.

I always, and I mean ALWAYS get comments on my hair after I’ve been into the salon. Jess knows my hair better than I do and always does an amazing job. I recently moved to Nottingham and was looking for a new hairdresser, I’m very happy to have found Sutherland and Barnett after such a great first experience. Jack did an amazing job with my hair which is particularly difficult. He created exactly what I was imagining, was very professional and had great attention to detail with a lot of colour work to be done. Couldn’t be happier with the result. This was my 3rd visit and couldn't be happier. Jess has helped me with her expertise and guidance to transition from brunette with large amount of grey to ash blonde.. I'm delighted with my new and much easier to deal with hair colour and new style..

Kirsty has been patiently doing my hair for years. Patient because I’m the least adventurous person when it comes to my hair. But she always makes me feel extremely welcome, listens to what I’d like and works with me to get that result. This time, Charlotte helped out too and did a great job of looking after me for the final part of my appointment. This is a fantastic salon, full of friendly professionals at the top of their game, all delivered against a backdrop of great values. Thank you once again.

I have tried a few different salons in Nottingham but Craig at Sutherland and Barnett is the best stylist I have found. I have always loved the cut and the colour. The staff in the salon are friendly and helpful. The massage from the chairs during the hair wash is an added bonus!

Everyone is so friendly and takes time out to make you feel special- plus they all have a great sense of humour. All the extra touches - the massage chairs and head massages while you have your hair washed make it feel like a proper pampering time. I travel from Leicestershire to come here as I have been going for many years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else ?
