My first visit to KH and I was very impressed with Maddy. She was extremely helpful in offering advice and went the extra mile to ensure the desired result. Thanks to Maddy I love my new hair! Would 100% recommend.

First time at the salon & I was very impressed by the warm welcome from all the staff and the Covid safety measures- it felt very safe. I had an appointment with Maddy, she was professional, knowledgeable and just so lovely!!! She went above & beyond. I will absolutely be coming here again in the future. Having not had my hair done since March, Erika did a fab job of tidying it up. The salon was not over crowded and felt safe with the precautions in place.

Whenever I get my hair done I always think, my hair can't look any better than this! Well maddy managed it again, I love it!!!!
Its so soft and the colour is the brightest its ever been.

All the girls at the salon are friendly and welcoming, creates a lovely atmosphere!

As always, i felt completely safe with all the stylists wearing PPE with screens in between clients.

As always, a fabulous hairstyle, a great experience, very friendly and professional staff, a great environment.

The salon was extremely crowded. Most of the stations had customers and is was very noisy with people talking loudly. Social distancing was very difficult due to number of stylists and customers. While I was having my hair washed, people had to push past knees to get by as there was so little room. I put myself at risk being in your salon and in retrospect, I should have left. I understand you need to make money but you were not COVID secure due to overcrowding.

Natalie is fabulous she is like a friend and I really look forward to seeing her. She always totally understands what I want doing with my hair. I trust her implicitly. She takes time to suggest other things but always has my best interest at heart

I have been going to KH Arnold for at least 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mollie is a brilliant stylist and such a lovely person too. I really look forward to my appointments and always come out feeling 100% better. The salon is always clean with a very friendly atmosphere everyone makes you feel welcome and are always professional. I would highly recommend KH Arnold.

Another fabulous cut and colour by sarah just before lockdown. Always have so many compliments on my hair from both friends and total strangers!!!! Well done all at KH Arnold, your doing a fantastic job under very trying times. Hopefully see you all very soon. Xx

Not particularly a nice experience ! The stylist had to look for a place for me to sit during the initial chat,I left my bag near the seat whilst I had my hair washed. I had to walk round customers legs on my way the the basins as the space was cramped. When I return to my seat to have my hair styled the stylist struggled to get near me to cut my hair as the plastic sheeting around the chair kept moving towards her.she had to keep apologising to the waiting women next to me.
