Unfortunately this experience at KH Arnold did not match up to what I’ve had previously. I was very disappointed with the result, the stylist did not listen to my request to keep the difference between my layers minimal and I now have a few inches difference in the length which was not there before. I also felt that my appointment was rushed and care was not taken and as a result I will not be returning to the salon - I haven’t had a worse haircut in years.

Pleased with cut and colour

After losing my dad, my mum had neglected herself, become withdrawn and didnt make any effort with her hair, so I decided to take her to KH for a restyle. Sarah was absolutely fantastic she completely understood what mu mum was after and even advised on having a full fringe. My mum was absolutely chuffed with the outcome and it was worth every penny! Thank you Sarah! X

Absolutely perfect. I’d had extensions taken out and my hair had taken a bit of a beating, but Hen advised on a style that would work and did it perfectly!

Finally came across a hairdresser (Mollie) who actually listened and gave me the exact cut I was after. Really pleased and would highly recommend.

As always I had a lovely trip to the salon. Natalie is very capable, listens to what I'm looking for from a style and is easy to talk to.

As always, Mollie did a fabulous cut and blow dry.
She is a great asset to Keith Hall!

My appointments are always great with Maddy. She is really attentive to what I want!

Maddie has been my stylist for roughly a year and despite being one of the more junior stylists, she’s fantastic. She’s helped me change my hair colour numerous times and restored my hair back to a healthy state. She’s really friendly and easy going and makes my experience at KH comfortable every time.

Had my hair done with maddy for the first time since before lockdown and she made me feel so relaxed, lovely experience and so pleased with the outcome will definitely be booking in again x

I couldn’t recommend Maddie enough! I’ve only recently starting going to her for my hair but I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Always makes me feel so comfortable and welcome! My hair is the best it’s ever looked!!

So relaxing. I was abit stressed with Christmas preparations. I didn't want to leave. Absolutely first class. Would highly recommend to all stressed women. Jenni was amazing.

I felt looked-after and informed of procedures, during my visit. Very pleased with result from "lights", toner, cut & blow dry. Time taken was good.
Disappointed Wi-Fi not working as I had two development stages. This was the most expensive hairdressing experience I've ever had in my life!! Not had two colours before though. I would need to check prices before returning. Overall - very pleased.

First time I have not been been satisfied here at KH, ***** didn’t seem to have listen to what I would like “just a trim” she took off far too much and she asked the same questions time after time. Now I know your staff are busy but each of your clients are different and should be treated as such.

Lovely experience, Izzy was very professional and kind went in with black hair left with a lovely chestnut brown with lovely warm tones thankyou so much I'll deffo be back ?

As always, a very enjoyable experience, lovely staff, superb service and results. Even though I’ve moved away - I still come back to this wonderful salon.
