During these difficult times KH Arnold continues to provide the best customer care. I'd decided to go for a slightly different post-lockdown look and as always received lots of good advice and tips to care for my hair.

I had a wonderful experience having my hair coloured, cut and blow dried by Lottie. First time I had been to the salon after being recommended by my Mum. It was a birthday treat getting my hair done the day before my Birthday. Lottie listened to exactly what I wanted and worked so hard to get the exact finish I as wanting. She did a fantastic professional job and made me feel very relaxed and just made the whole thing so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lottie, and look forward to her doing my hair again.

Much better experience than first after lockdown. Still not as relaxed it might be with a sense of panic in the air rather than control.

It was fantastic to have hair done again by Erika and i was very impressed how the salon has made everything seem "normal" again . We are going to have to get used to this new situation and KH have made it simple for us so hats off to you.

The salon has adapted to follow government guidelines and to continue to provide an excellent, personalised service. Mollie made me feel welcome and relaxed with her friendly, cheerful and professional manner. She took her time to explain everything, gave knowledgeable advice and listened to me. I was delighted with my hair colour and cut, and would highly recommend the salon.

Natalie has been doing my hair for years and she's absolutely brilliant.

Having waited since March for my hair to be done I was over the moon with the result. New colour and a good cut was just what I needed to perk myself up. I felt very safe and pampered even with the restrictions in place.

As always, Erika was fantastic! Having not had my hair done since Feb, I was super keen to get back in the salon and Erika did not disappoint. I am so pleased with the finished look- no more roots! Yay! And the curls Erika finished me off with are still going strong a day later. There were COVID measures in place giving clients reassurance in the environment and as always the service was fantastic. Erika you are a credit to the team! ?

I haven't been to the salon since 14/02 (my last appointment then Covid happened) so my hair was desperately in need of TLC.
I was a little nervous about how things would work, although my work is closely linked with Covid 19, working throughout lockdown, I haven't really been out since it all started.
However the team were as wonderful as usual, on arrival Liz provided a warm welcome and fully explained the changes.
It was lovely to see Natalie, as always she was knowledgeable about products and selected a great cocktail of colour, based on my request to go 'a bit darker'.
I left the salon feeling fabulous and extremely happy with every aspect of my salon experience.
In such difficult, and ever changing times, the team at KH Hair have excelled in making a safe welcoming salon.

Another fantastic visit! The COVID safety procedures that have been put in place by the salon, make it safe without feeing too clinical. Always get a warm welcome from everyone. Thanks for a fantastic cut and experience.

Mollie did a fantastic job, the only down side to the experience was the cost. Would love to go back- but unfortunately will have to safe up first.

Helen was super lovely and supportive throughout my drastic cut. She talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the cut and will definitely be returning.

I just had my first post-lockdown appointment and must say I was impressed. It was very odd, being much quieter than usual, and the staff seemed very focussed (appropriately so), so the energy in the salon was lower than usual, maybe. I felt safe, with a very minor blip when I was at a basin and being blown on by a nearby hairdryer. I consoled myself that the angles probably meant it was fine. Great colour, fab cut, and super stylist, as always! Thank you.

It was great to be back in the salon! In some ways, it was like I'd not been away. I was treated with courtesy and welcomed back like an old friend. Sarah was as attentive as ever, thoughtful and her expertise is of the highest standard. We chatted like we'd seen each other last week. She definitely put me at my ease, as did everyone in the salon, under rather strange circumstances!

Dawn did an amazing job with my half head colour, I loved it.
Izzy completed my hair style, cutting and styling. Both ladies made me feel relaxed and my hair felt awsome.

Absolutely brilliant as always, all social distancing measures where met, cleanliness impeccable and Laura was excellent as I fancied a bit of a change so she talked me through the options, explaining everything as we went.

I finally got to go to the Salon after lockdown and get my nails done. Brilliant Service, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Jenny did an amazing job on my Manicure and Gel Nails. Love them. Felt very safe, PPE and screen was used and extremely well organised. Would definitely recommend.

I have used kh hair in arnold for several years. Sarah is an amazing stylist who makes you feel relaxed. She knows her clients well and always creates amazing results. The new environment since reopening, although looks a little strange at first, makes you feel safe. I would certainly recommend Sarah and Kh Hair 100%

Helen always thinks about the condition of my hair when advising me of colouring. And always places the highlights in a completely natural way.My hair had not been highlighted for around 5 months when I had my first visit after lockdown. You almost couldn’t tell because the placement of the highlights were blended so well. I always feel so much better when I leave the salon but this post lockdown visit reminded me how magic Helen’s magic wand really is! Quality cutting, colouring, service in a professional and friendly environment. ( even though COVID standards meant there was no coffee ?)

Eilidh is such a welcoming young lady, she always makes me feel at ease and is very knowledge with providing me with the best hair care routine.
My hair is always styled beautifully and she really takes the time to perfect my hair on every occasion.

I went in for a balayage which is something I’ve had many times before however these were the best results I’ve ever had. Izzy went into great detail with the picture I had brought in and talked me through every step so that the outcome was as I wanted

I’m delighted with my new shorter bob hair cut which Izzy styled so beautifully and with such great skill. Izzy was very pleasant and helpful, giving me tips on how to maintain the bob between appointments.

Yesterday I visited the salon briefly for a skin test, my first return since lockdown. After I waited briefly outside I was called in and immediately saw that all the staff had the visors on, screens were in place and hand sanitiser was readily available as per the guidance. Basically everything made me feel reassured about making an appointment to actually get my hair done.

Erika put me at ease straight away. Glancing round the salon, I saw that the other technicians were the same with their clients. The screens etc didn't bother me or the lack of refreshments and taking down your own gown. Everything flowed well.

Loved my experience and felt very safe. Erika was lovely and cut my hair so well making me feel really good about myself, my daughter is now booked in with Erika and I have booked my next appointment. Even my husband commented on how good my hair looked.

Had a lovely hair appointment. I was made to feel very comfortable by the lady and the cut was really lovely.
The only issue I had was when phoning to book the appointment it wasn’t explained that I would get a £2 hygiene charge, I didn’t find out until I looked at the receipt.

After lock down I was a little nervous to return to have my first cut.
I was immediately put at ease and could see that every precaution had been taken To keep me safe ...... fabulous
