I had a new stylist this time - always a bit nerve wracking, but I needn’t have worried. Natalie was friendly, chatty, and did a great job. And all staff wore masks, which I appreciate very much - thank you.

It is always a pleasure to go to the salon. They are all very polite and I am treated like a friend. Nothing is too much trouble. The water and coffee were very welcome and the environment is covid safe.

Natalie knows her stuff! She listens to what you want, discussing it with you first and then always does an amazing job. A young lady, Amelia I think, who shampooed, conditioned, head massage was amazing, applies scalp treatment, she was fantastic! Hope to get her again. Very happy customer, everyone is so friendly and professional ?

Lovely experience, lovely lady, easy to get across which style I wanted. Products were amazing and my hair smelt lovely.

Very friendly and chatty, made me feel at ease. It was my first time having a full fringe since being a child, Autumn was great in helping me decide how full/thickish to have the fringe, and advised me with my part in. It was a very quick restyle, very happy overall! Will be returning to see Autumn again :)

Natalie is amazing! She always greets me with a friendly smile and we discuss what I want doing. I have a very sensitive scalp and her knowledge of what to do and use on me is fantastic. She knows her stuff! She always makes me feel so welcome and relaxed and I just love having my hair done by her. She can transform a curly, dragged through the bushes backwards mess of hair into nourished, shiny beautiful locks without any irritation to my scalp, she’s a genius xxx

Autumn is amazing! I’ve had long hair my whole life and I wanted to change to a Bob but was so scared! She encouraged me throughout and she’s made my hair look beautiful. So impressed with her skills. Lovely lady as well!
The lady on reception was so lovely too. Just an overall great experience.
