A really calm and enjoyable experience.

Staff are always helpful and a lovely welcome. My stylist Natalie has very good customer care relation and always makes me feel relaxed and happy to be there. My hair is cut beautifully and the finish always superb. I feel safe in her hands. I think a woman feels good and more confident knowing their hair looks good. I certainly feel better for my hair experience at KH.

As always, a lovely relaxed experience at Keith Halls. Mollie has again worked her magic and turned my lockdown hair into hair that I don't have to tie up and hide anymore!!! The pink colour is amazing - Mollie knows me so well! Thank you Mollie and thank you Keith Halls Arnold.

From start to finish everything about KH is good,.Laura has cut my hair a few times now and knows exactly how I like it cut.
My granddaughter had her's cut by Mollie who did an excellent haircut my granddaughter was thrilled.

In these strange times, they have good entry & exit strategies, hands sanitised even before you walk in, only you touch your gown, staff have face visors & masks, Well thought out screening between customers. Erika as always is an absolute star.

I’ve been using KH Arnold for about 9 years now and was long overdue a cut and colour following lockdown. The whole experience was as wonderful as ever in these crazy times. All of the staff were super friendly and I felt at ease immediately, couldn’t fault the cleanliness and the measures that were in place!

It was my second visit since the reopening of the salon and I was more than happy with my experience.
The modifications to the salon are discreet and tasteful.
As always I enjoyed my experience and was delighted with the outcome; I shall however look forward to the time when it is appropriate to enjoy the the little extras of coffee and magazines.
I felt completely safe and commend everyone for their hard work and diligence.

First visit after lockdown but was made very welcome and they seem to have the routine for anti Covid down. Although wearing a mask made it a little strange I soon got used to it and it felt fine and didn’t cause any issues. It was great to get back to near normal and I feel confident about my future regular visits.
