It was great to get back to the salon and have my hair cut and blow dried, feel so much better, more like myself again. It was lovely to see Liz, Sarah and the team again, it's been a long time through lockdown.

It was fantastic having my hair cut and coloured yesterday by Helen - I’ve waited 18 weeks and it was worth the wait. The whole experience was wonderful as always and Helen has made my hair lovely again - great colour and cut. 10 out of 10 every time.

So lovely to be pampered again after months in Lockdown. My first leg wax in decades was a special treat, followed by a beautiful pedicure. Feeling human again. And all done with the usual lovely attitude, efficiency and skill.

My stylist is brilliant. She's been my stylist for quite a few years now. And she always listens to what I want, and comes up with good ideas of her own. Which means that I've got much bolder re colour and style. The result is always wonderful.

I thought Izzy was amazing! From explaining the new Covid guidelines on arrival to her professional conduct and friendly manner! She has done an absolutely lovely job on my hair and my two sons! I would highly recommend keith halls to anyone! They have been brilliant overall and I always leave the salon feeling happy with my hair! We will be using this salon for all future hair appointments as I would not want to go anywhere else! Thank you Izzy and Keith halls!

From booking my appt to arriving and leaving the salon afterwards I was made to feel incredibly valued and as always the experience of a salon visit was second to none. I felt safe everything was clean and welcoming and everyone as friendly yet professional as always. Eilidh was a joy as ever and took a great deal of care and the time needed to get my hair back to its best. We were still able to conversate and enjoy a catch up and even without a coffee along the way which is all very understanable everything was just lovely. Salon was fine for social distancing, hand gel available, screen round reception and at wash station (felt like being in a little private pod) stylist wore visor and I wore a mask. All good

Great haircut and colour from Sarah as usual. In very difficult circumstances the service was great as always.

Hair looked and felt amazing! Very pleased with the color and cut, Mollie was excellent even making an older lady feeling good! Coffee was good too, I was a first timer at Keith Hall but will definatley be returning once this madness is over.

With gratuitous refreshment, much appreciated after a busy day at work, it was overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
