I am always made very welcome, remembering my name As soon as I walk in. Everyone is so lovely. Natalie cuts and trims my hair very professionally. Love chatting to her. I feel like i am being pampered and is special. Thank you to Natalie and everyone at Arnold keith Hall.

My cut and blowdry appointment was a pleasant experience with friendly and efficient staff. I was very happy with the finished result.

I went in (as I frequently do) looking for a colour transformation. Helen and the team ensured that I got the look that I asked for. It is great to be listened to, given good advice and hair care tips. Always a good experience and all the current safety guidances and procedures (under the current circumstances) in place to anyone’s mind at ease. Thanks Team KH Arnold. Next visit is all booked in!

Staff are always helpful and a lovely welcome. My stylist Natalie has very good customer care relation and always makes me feel relaxed and happy to be there. My hair is cut beautifully and the finish always superb. I feel safe in her hands. I think a woman feels good and more confident knowing their hair looks good. I certainly feel better for my hair experience at KH.

I arrived dreading putting a mask on as I suffer breathing problems but the staff were absolutely fabulous understanding my problem and let me see kirsten for my eyebrow wax. Kristen put me at ease and went ahead with my treatment.

As always, a lovely relaxed experience at Keith Halls. Mollie has again worked her magic and turned my lockdown hair into hair that I don't have to tie up and hide anymore!!! The pink colour is amazing - Mollie knows me so well! Thank you Mollie and thank you Keith Halls Arnold.

From start to finish everything about KH is good,.Laura has cut my hair a few times now and knows exactly how I like it cut.
My granddaughter had her's cut by Mollie who did an excellent haircut my granddaughter was thrilled.

In these strange times, they have good entry & exit strategies, hands sanitised even before you walk in, only you touch your gown, staff have face visors & masks, Well thought out screening between customers. Erika as always is an absolute star.
