I'm really disappointed with the service I received. My hair is now noticeably uneven on both sides which is totally unacceptable for the price I paid.

I had my first haircut today, it was fun sitting in the big chair. I tried very hard to keep still and am very proud of my new hair style !! Mummy was pleased as first haircuts are complimentary, so we only pay next time :)

I have been going here for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly, prices are good, advice is second to none. Erika always listens to what I want, is not afraid to make suggestions if I ask her opinion, is knowledgeable and skilled with colour, and is excellent at cutting. I am always offered drinks throughout my appointment and the salon is generally a very pleasant place to be. Thank you!

Hi, I have been a regular customer for several years but only recently changed to Mollie since Sept 2019. She is lovely person and very polite. Always checks my scalp and asks me questions at the beginning of the appointment so doesn’t make any assumptions as she checks with me. Her knowledge is good, and if she isn’t sure about something she will say she will find out. There is a loyalty scheme offering money off. I like to know my hair is going to be styled and coloured safely. I would recommend Arnold salon to anyone. I like that the stylists have regular training sessions as well.

I found everyone in the salon from junior member to senior stylist to be extremely friendly and helpful. My stylist was excellent at interpreting my needs offering guidance on style to suit my hairs natural colour and full but fine hair type. The cut was perfect and I left feeling very happy with the whole experience. This is now my salon of choice and ranks top in my experience of other Keith Hall salons which is a brand I have trusted since the early 1980’s

Autumn was lovely from the start , she made me feel relaxed even though I was there for a few hours, she was bubbly and couldn’t do enough to make me comfortable. I have been going to KH salon in arnold for the past few months and I am extremely happy with the service I have received so far. The atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming.
