Not very happy with the result - I advised I had thin curly hair and it seems as though they did not take that on board. They went much shorter than the inspo pic.

Natalie sorted my hair as always with care and it was very relaxing (she seems to be missing from the list)

Sarah always tackles my thick, long, bushy hair with the best techniques to achieve the style I am after. I love that Sarah always asks how I style my hair, if I have any tricky parts and then she will offer a slight change to the style to help me maintain the look at home. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sarah, if I so much as glance twice at a piece of hair in the mirror she revisits it. A real perfectionist and I can't imagine going to anyone else.
I'm not interested in colour services, thank you.

Gayle was very thorough and was given a few options on different colours, whether to go for half head foils etc. Excellent service!

Stylist was DAWN who is not on your list. I have been a regular customer of hers for at least 25 years. I trust her with my hair styling and cutting and have never been disappointed. The Salon is so well run,
I would always recommend them to all my friends, my daughters also used the Salon when living in this area. The cutting standard is excellent - something I have always sought as my priority - all staff are friendly and courteous. What more could you ask of this salon.

Tianna has cut and styled my hair beautifully, nothing was too much trouble for her, she spent alot of time on my hair and checked constantly to see if I was happy with it.

First appointment at this salon as previous stylist has left the area. I read reviews on several places and am so pleased to have Mollie as.my new advisor. Lovely, good advice, looking forward. Was NOT treated like an old woman and felt very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

Been a KH client since 1966 - first in Leicester until 1981, then in Derby and briefly in Ilkeston. Now moved to Gedling, so the Arnold salon was an obvious choice. It didn’t disappoint! Second appt already made!
