Very impressed with Lottie. Her manner was delightful. Her skills were great and she was attentive, listened very well to my many requests and did a wonderful job.

I've been visiting the salon for about two and a half years. Mollie has done a fantastic job with my hair again. A lovely flattering glossing and cut. All the women at the salon make sure I have a lovely experience each time I visit.

I went in for a haircut restyle appointment with Sarah. I wanted to go for something very different compared to the style I had at the time and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sarah had great communication throughout the whole appointment and it was great to see she was having as much fun as I was during the whole process. The other staff members were friendly and the salon was well looked after. I couldn’t recommend KH Arnold enough and I will definitely be back again.

A male in a sea of females. The salon was close to bursting and just a few days before the coronation. Red, white and blue in abundance, even salon stylists were adorned. The salon director took my wife and I into the seclusion of the upper floor to attend to us personally, me for the trim and my wife for the conversation.
Time was immaterial. Style, smiles and laughter were the only players. Oh, and the music..... magnifique! Best ever haircutting experience.
I recommend anyone should come along and see for themselves. You won't be disappointed.

This was the 1st time I brought my daughter for a wash cut and blow dry.
Staff always make you feel welcome on arrival to the salon.
My daughter wanted “bangs”.. we are both really happy. With her new haircut.
Helen was great with my daughter. She asked what my daughter wanted and was talking her through what was happening.

It was was my 1st time visiting Helen. Nice warm welcoming.She discussed what I wanted, suggested what would work. Discuss my hair type suggested the shampo & conditioner, being used. Always talking me through what is being done.
I Left the salon feeling fabulous.Helen is Highly recommend . Will be back again soon.

4.5 hrs had nails, eyebrows, lashes all done by Kisten then hair coloured by Lottie. Long day but kept the coffee coming ? very happy with everything x

I had a wash and blow dry, Molly was my stylist and I have never been so impressed with the service I received today, She was so professional and Precise, she done an amazing wash and blow dry treatment, my hair is nice and soft,the only thing I was not so happy about was the Price... Very expensive for a standard treatment
But in general very happy with Molly 5* for the experience today
