As per all my previous reviews relating to this salon, once again I cannot rate them anything other than Excellent.
From the moment you step through the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. The same warmth and friendliness that continues throughout your whole visit. This, along with a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service, makes any visit an excellent and relaxing customer service.
Just a special reference to my stylist Sarah, who is exceptional. Her advice, along with her willingness and ability to incorporate my requirements, equal a very happy, satisfying result each and every time.

Always look forward to visiting knowing I will receive an excellent experience.

Dawn. Is the kindest person I know and a truly good friend and hair stylist. I always look for the best cut and she really knows my hair after all the years I have been to the Arnold salon. All of the staff are so friendly and professional as they look after all you need every time. Thank you all.

I had full body massage and full body exfoliating, the massage was okay! But not really something in my taste, I think other people with less tense body would have enjoyed it, I think it was not really a good choice or the pressure that I wanted was not really there.
But I was shocked by the exfoliating, I thought it would be more than a sugar oil scrub on my body, which is basically something I could have done by myself at home, I expected much more…

But Jenny was really kind, so that was a big plus, and the staff there are all really kind!

Millee shampooed and conditioned my hair today, she is really easy to talk to and is amazing at head massages, could have fell asleep ?
Natalie styled my hair and is very easy to talk to and always makes my hair look and feel amazing. She is very clued up to what products to use and is always really thorough with me despite being very busy, so no complaints from me at all. The new receptionist seems really friendly too, sorry I’m suffering with really bad brain fog and could do with everyone having name badges ? Five stars from me, thank you so much ladies

I’ve been seeing Helen at KH Arnold for my hair for over a couple of years now. She’s always a great listener and has styled my hair through two post-partum periods and has been wonderful in settling any anxieties I’ve had. It’s always so lovely to see her and every time I feel completely at ease and trusting of any suggestions she makes that might be different from what I normally have done. The whole salon experience is always caring and organised.
It’s the only place I go.

My hair was a total mess and needed some tlc. Maddie managed to give me a new fresh style.

Great service as always, lm really happy with my hair and Gayle always listens to what I want and gives advice.

My mum and I have been KH Arnold customers for several years now, and I can honestly say, we’ve never been disappointed. Helen and all the team have gone out of their way to make every one of our visits special. Not only are the hairdressers’ skills second to none (Helen, you’re magic!), but the service is always exceptional. The team is very professional but never lose that fun, family salon feel. We always walk out with smiles on our faces, feeling like new women. Thanks KH Arnold team for being exceptional in every way. You rock!

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with another salon and my hair had been coloured awfully. Amelia did my hair today and has absolutely transformed the way I look! Excellent cut and new Wella Ultimate Repair treatment. Free samples to take home too. Hair in much better condition than when I went in. Very friendly and professional as always.

Once again Kirsten has made me feel like a VIP. Nothing is too much hassle and I always leave the salon feeling so relaxed. The Indian head massage is bliss! Absolutely loved my experience and have rebooked more pamper sessions with Kirsten! Thank you
