As always Lottie was amazing, knew exactly what I wanted colour wise and certainly didn’t disappoint. Kind, thoughtful, caring and talented is how I would describe Lottie. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a 5 star salon experience

Exceptional service EVERY time. Waxing is speedy and as painful as possible. Jenny makes you feel completely at ease and so welcome. She is a true professional and an asset to the KH team.

Tianna was very friendly. Since having the cut and blow dry on 21st July, my hair falls into a nice shape. without the need for much styling - just how I like it!

Absolutely brilliant. The junior who shampooed and gave me a head massage was 1st rate, lovely experience. Autumn was fabulous as she always is. She will be much whilst on maternity leave.2

Super colour - i went for the half head of foils and it looks really natural. Once again a great cut. Lottie is lovely, just the right amount of chat for me.

Helen always provides a first class service. She listens to my concerns or requests at every visit and never rushes our consultation. Such a relaxed atmosphere at the Arnold salon. All the staff are kind and personable. Thanks for making my regular trips a treat!

I have wonderful hair and that’s down to a good cut, good advice on what works best with my hair, good products and home routine.
It’s more than that … Dawn instigated all of the above and I walk out feeling pampered, valued and confident my hair looks good and I can manage my style at home between visits.
I recently tried the new product range Wella Ultimate Repair and that works well with my perm.
