I have booked a haircut. Just a year ago I used to pay £22-£24. Last 2 times I've been charged £37. The haircut is alright but not an inch better than for £22 at same place. I'll be looking cheaper place even though I've been there 5,6 times.

Alicia gave me a full colour makeover today and i love it! She's absoloutely lovely and spot on with the colour choices which we chatted about before hand. Would 100% recommend and will be returning for top ups when needed :) additionally I'd have paid the price just for the head massage when conditioning, super relaxing!

Chloe is a fabulous stylist, she is extremely friendly and welcoming, when I am describing how I would like my hair, I always ask Chloe if it will work, Chloe will always work with me on my hair style and I value her opinion. Chloe is professional, and I am happy she is my stylist. I also had the most amazing person washing my hair, and the head massage was out of this world. I am sorry I dont know her name.

I live nearer to Leicester and have sometimes used Toni & Guy there purely as they are closer to me than Newark. I’ve also used other T&G salons when I lived in regions. However I always end up going back to Newark as Jim’s Salon is fab. All the staff are friendly and chatty, my haircut and blow dry was just perfect as usual. My fav Toni & Guy salon.
