As always a wonderful experience despite the need for the Covid PPE. Having the digital magazines is also a fantastic touch. However my favourite bit as always is the wash and head massage!! So relaxing ?

Sam is a new member of the team . She is very professional and very capable. I was delighted with my cut by her and my colour by Olivia.

Chloe was so great today. I fancied a bit of a change & talked about an idea & she advised knowing my hair & what works for me. So very pleased with it & so lovely to have a hairdresser I totally trust as I've been a bit nervous at some other places before.

What a lovely experience it was being back in the salon and everywhere felt really safe and clean. A big thank you to Chloe and Lucy who made my first venture out to the hairdressers since March relaxing and enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

After having to cancel my appointment in March and then lockdown madness and having a baby in June, my hair was unsurprisingly terrible! Thank you Alicia and Olivia for my colour and cut and making me feel like myself again. Jim and the team have made a wonderful and safe environment in the salon, and the whole appointment was excellent and anxiety-free.

To be honest, I was a bit nervous, but I need not have worried, Jim and his team were all wearing their PPE, and I was given my own PPE and mask and my own towel, they were wearing visors.
Chloe worked her magic, and I left feeling like a million dollars, the customer service is amazing. And I have booked my next appt.
Thank you to you all for giving me a bit of normal back in my life, and for making me feel super safe. ❤

Chloe worked her magic on my untamed and neglected hair. I was apprehensive having not been to the hairdressers for ages! Chloe was fantastic and made me feel so welcome and relaxed. She effortlessly crafted a wonderful cut and re style and I left so so pleased. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

I put off having my hair cut then lockdown happened! Went for the first time today. Booked in on Monday and was seen on the Friday. Olivia was great. I have a lot of hair... A LOT! It is long and thick. She was great in cutting and taking the weight out of it. I had a sweeping fringe that was grew out. I requested for a full fringe. She cut all my hair well. She was really pleasant and checked in to see if I was happy. Will definitely be back!

Put off getting a haircut and then lockdown started, how I regretted that!! Such a relief, so much so that I’m going back on Saturday again!!

Great cut and colour, as always, from Chloe and Alicia. They were warm and professional as always and I felt completely safe in the salon.

I was delighted that the salon was back in business but a little nervous of my first visit under the current circumstances. The new precautions were reassuring and of course the service was of the same high standard as before. A fresh hair cut has lifted my spirits and I now look forward to resuming my regular visits.

Any apprehension I had about returning to the salon environment after lockdown immediately disappeared thanks to Lucy and Jim’s impressive hygiene procedures. Distancing measures were easily achieved by positioning clients over three floors. Instructions on what to do and why it was necessary were given in a caring, sensitive way to put you at ease. And of course, the much needed cut and highlights were superb!

Brilliant to get my hair cut after so long! And Chloe did an excellent job - as she always does ☺️ The salon is certainly doing everything possible to looks after clients & staff - thank you.

Alicia has been doing my highlights for years now..there’s no one else I trust to do it as well as she does. I don’t live locally anymore, but it was worth travelling 3 hours for! Thanks as always Alicia for doing such a fab job xx

After all we have been through in the last few months it was with great relief I could finally get a haircut. I felt safe and looked after all the time I was there. On top of that Chloe gave me a great haircut.

Jim and his team are not only wonderful stylists but have a warm & friendly manner too. Typical of this salon to call me ahead of my scheduled appointment to fit me in ahead of the temporary closure. Jim is extremely well read so the sky is the limit when it comes to conversation in the chair.

Completely understood when told the store would be closing and then so pleased when they were able to fit me in before the closure. Hair cut was brilliant as ever. Thank you for being so thoughtful and fingers crossed you’re back to normal soon
