What a great experience from start to finish. Maizie put me at ease and helped me decide what style to go for. I do not normally enjoy going to the hairdressers but this was really enjoyable. My hair feels lovely and I am so happy with it. Thank you Maizie 🙂

Had hair coloured today by Zoe , as usual did a fantastic job. Then blow dry by Gem who also did a great job
& was very friendly.

I was well greeted when I arrived and Emma took time to listen to me and work out the best option for my hair colour she was very considerate to me and shared great ideas. And thevyoung girl that washed my hair was amazing..thank you I was offered mulled wine mince pie and as I was driving I had a tonic water . Was lovely salon nice and clean and beautifully decorated. My hair result was outstanding I'm over the moon couldn't asked for anything better.. a first class experience. Thank you

Today was full head highlights , toner, cut and blow dry with Zoe and Gemma . I am over the moon with my hair, So soft and shiny, beautiful cut and blow dry . Zoe always advises and chats before every procedure. This Saks in Newark on Trent definitely focuses on excellent customer service. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love SAKS in Newark. It’s a whole experience not just a haircut/colour. It’s welcoming, friendly staff, a lovely salon, drinks offered, time to relax. Emma is a pro & always gets it right with my colour & cut, I love the fact she just ‘knows’ what I like & don’t like now & she is confident & so knowledgeable on giving advice but also listens to any concerns I may have. It’s like going for a coffee with friends at SAKS Newark! Everyone, including other customers, are chatty & friendly & I always leave feeling fabulous! A great Salon IMO is one where you have confidence in your stylist, you feel listened to, you are given the time & attention, it’s a clean, attractive, warm & welcoming Salon & this is why I continue to return. Visited saks as had the belief that they are a reputable company and will be able to recreate the French bob and do a full head hilights.

Seemed inexperienced in French bob.
I panicked half way through as a lot of hair was coming off.
It’s not as I would have liked and sadly I washed it as soon as home to get rid of toner and style it the way I wanted.

I trust Rebecca implicitly with my hair, my colour & I love our chats. It’s always a pleasure seeing her.

As someone who does not usually enjoy being at the hairdressers, after 8 years it was way overdue to face the worries and get my long hair cut and styled. And what a gem! Zoe was patient, kind and reassuring while offering honest advice and options. She did not push into any decisions but built trust and I took one of her recommendations with one long layering. I left the salon, which is stylishly decorated while homely, feeling over the moon with the results. Zoe makes it look easy - but how she cut and styled my hair while amazingly making it look longer and voluminous, is credit to her skills and my hair now moves beautifully. I’m looking forward to my next visit and thank you for making it so easy and enjoyable.

Zoo is absolutely amazing, from the beginning to the end, she will make you feel welcome and focus on the best treatment for you and only you. A true expert, you just need to explain what you are hoping to archive and she will make this happen. Then relax and allow Zoe and her great team to perform their magic on you!
