Visited Saks in Newark today for the first time. I came out feeling a million dollars so thank you Lucy. Really enjoyed the visit and will be back even though I live 30 miles away

Fantastic service, Maizie listened to exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job.

However when my husband booked over the phone he mentioned that I had a voucher and was told that was fine while booking but when paying I was told it's not available on Saturday's, totally fine and understandable however I think it should've been mentioned when booking as my husband was told they would put a note in the system so was made to believe it was applicable on Saturday's. That is the only reason for 4 stars, with better communication over the phone it would be 5. Either way I enjoyed my experience and will be back, shame about the voucher though.

I came to Saks as an emergency case for a hair disaster. In one appointment I left with beautiful hair that I love. The salon is a little haven and I particularly appreciated the hair washing set-up which is super comfortable and not sore for the neck. Thank you, Maizie!

Despite me having bleach blonde for years my hair is always in great condition and grows! This never used to happen at other salons. Emma is great and always does a good job. Salon is lovely too with free drinks.

I came to Lucy after years of not going to the hairdresser. I had fine, lifeless hair that was wispy on the ends and had no shape. I was incredibly nervous, yet Lucy made me feel totally at ease, and despite not letting her cut barely anything off on my first visit, now I totally trust her with my hair. It has body, shape and is in the best condition it ever has been. Lucy is never stressed and the whole experience in the salon is just divine, it really is a little moment all for me and I am so grateful of it

Maizie is great - I give her a rough idea of what I want and trust her to know what will look best. I always leave the salon happy. It took me a while to find a stylist in Newark that I wanted to return to, but have been to Maizie 4 or 5 times now.

I have been going to Lucy for a while now and each time I go she just does such a fantastic job! Shes incredible at what she does- has so much knowledge and expertise and genuinely works with you and cares about getting you where you want to be hair wise. Its also so not just about her going through the motions to get the job done- she genuinely cares about you as a person and takes the time to listen and chat.
