Felt safe and welcomed from the minute I arrived. OK so no sitting around waiting inside, no magazines or coffee but I was told about that beforehand so was prepared.
Amy always cuts my hair how I like it. Today threw in that I'd like a slightly different colour and she performed her magic - tadaaa gorgeous deep pinky purple ?

Finally got my haircut and Kayleigh always knows just what I want and executes it so well. Good to share our stories and catch up also!

A great overall experience considering the obvious need for additional precautions. Made to feel very welcome and safe at all times. Salon also looked safe and secure. Great cut. Fur looks so much better. Love this place.

This is the second time of having Bria and I can say without hesitation that both times have resulted in the best cuts I've ever had.
Bria not only in a short space of time knows my hair but also knows me she has taken the time to learn about me as a person so she knows the exact cut and style I need!
I would not visit anyone else as I trust her and know that she is by far the most professional and lovely hairdresser around... what she doesn't know about hair isn't worth knowing!

As an aside I feel like after only two visits we are friends Bria is a kind, compassionate and lovely person and is so easy to talk to and we just clicked from our first meeting and having my hair cut now feels like coming to see an old friend.

Again Kayleigh has made me feel normal again ! Thank you also to all the staff who supported my mum when she had her perm with Briar. She is really pleased with her hair.

Another super haircut from Bria. As always she listened to what I wanted and I love my cut! We had a good batter too. All preceded by a wash and possibly best head massage ever!

I thought that a Ernesta did a very good job of my hair as it had not been cut in ages I felt safe Charlie also did a very good job of my daughter hair as hers had not been done in ages as well she also put it up for her we both felt safe

After 4 months of ‘Shielding’ it was a relief to go to Keith Halls in Beeston, for two reasons. One the obvious reason to get my hair cut and coloured again. Two the absolute care for my safety. Excellent.

It was a pleasure to have met Amy for the first time. I am ever so chuffed with the restyle she has given me, the style is exactly what I had been hoping for.

Amy was great as always. Only concern is not sure face visors offer sufficient protection to both stylist and customer as they do not cover the mouth and nose. A mask would be better but I understand how difficult it is to work in PPE so maybe mask without visor. Thank you.

My first visit since Covid restrictions I’m place. Lovely experience as usual, good chat and atmosphere albeit quiet. Finished hair was great considering it’s been 20 weeks. Had a chat to make a plan to get back to usual condition over the coming months. Gareth and the ladies pleasure to see.

I’ve been thinking how long I’ve gone to Keith hall in Beeston during lockdown and I think it’s around 20 years as it was when I moved back to Notts. I love it there as they really do the personal touch. Ernesta and Briah bit now Ernesta on her own have cut and coloured my hair and advise me well. But, more importantly for me, going to the hairdressers is like catching up with an old mate; we take up where we left off and it’s like therapy! Thank you guys for all you do x

Ernesta always cuts my hair beautifully and is extremely friendly and professional. All the covid guidelines are being followed and the salon feels very safe.
