My only comment would be around the wiping of surfaces and chairs between clients . Previously this was being done meticulously. Yesterday I didn’t see any wiping of surfaces . Didn’t make me feel unsafe but surprised given current increase in virus .

Gareth was pleasant as oer usual and as i have kept my longer hair since lock down he not only gave me a cur and blow dry he talked me through styling products and why we use them, brushes, and ahowed me.how tonhad loose waves to my style. Thank you

I spent half my Saturday at the salon for colour and extensions but honestly, the team really made the time fly. Lots of chat and fun, opportunity to stretch my legs when I needed it. Great as always from Gareth and Kayleigh. Millie also excelled in the head massage department.

Hannah was amazing and worked wonders with my hair which had remained untouched for almost six months under lockdown. She gave excellent advice and I am very pleased with the results of her hairdressing skills.

Love my new hair do! Really pleased as always with the colour and cut by Amy! All in a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Felt totally safe (with regards to current situation) and was very pleasantly surprised at the efforts made by staff to achieve this.

Brilliant service, happy with the consultation and even with our face masks on, it didn’t stop us having a good old chat.
