It was my first visit after some more health issues in May, and I was anxious, but made to feel very relaxed and cared for, and an added bonus, my hair is amazing again after ruining it at home with lockdowns and hospital trips, Gareth always makes me feel a good 10 years younger and I always love what he does to my hair, couldn't recommend him any higher, just amazing, thank you

I was hoping for silver/grey hair...mine is naturally black and grey. I have a huge amount of brown roots now, about 3 inches and not the look I was hoping to get close to. Buy disappointed to spend £97 to look good for my daughters wedding. I didnt expect to achieve the exact look, I did bring I pictures of the colour and tones I was hoping for. But this is not the look at all. I'm sorry, I'm not being mean. Maybe we misunderstood each other.

Unfortunately yesterday I wasn’t happy with whoever washed my hair. She was in such a rush! She’d barely got shampoo on before washing it off, same with conditioner, no offer of massage, and not rinsed out properly. Hannah did rinse it again for me. This is why I’m giving service and value low rating

Excellent experience

This is the first time Gareth has cut my hair and he did an excellent job. He really took time to understand how I wanted my hair to look, the challenge of my unruly curls and the style of fringe I was after. He even gave me some great tips for drying my fringe (it worked at home!) and type of product I should use. All in all it was a lovely experience being back at the salon and I love my new hair cut.
