At last ... so glad to be back at KH Beeston. Even though the interior has been altered to reflect the current standards it's still managed by people who care and make you feel welcome. Ernesta as professional as always behind her visor and as always I came out feeling like a weight had been lifted literally off my shoulders! Looking forward to my next appointment in August.

Much needed haircut and colour with fabulous Hannah who is always great. It was a lovely, relaxing time and felt almost normal. Staff are professional and caring and have adapted the salon to make it safe without changing the atmosphere. Well done to all and so good to have you back!

She didnt do what i asked for, and also she dye part of my Face and still does not came out.

Gareth has been doing my hair for over 10 years now and he is absolutely amazing! I am the kind of client that feels the needs to experiment with my hair just before my appointment and usual manage to turn it a weird colour. Gareth always seems to manage to make my hair incredible again and is never annoyed with my crazy creations! I’ll always be a loyal customer

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Ernesta cuts it perfectly every time I've been and the cut looks great between visits. A lovely, bubbly personality makes each visit a fab experience.

A long overdue visit to the salon. Always welcomed by a lovely receptionist. Excellent covid-19 precautions in place. Charlie is always so lovely and does my hair exactly how I like it thank you so much!

Whole appointment ran very smoothly and I felt very comfortable with the protective measures taken.

Charlie has completely blown away my expectations and delivered an incredibly stylish colour treatment and cut!

After a bad home bleach I had no idea what to expect however Charlie’s incredible talent has really lifted the ‘lockdown blues’ and saved the day! I’ve already booked an appointment for my mum and I will be sure to recommend Charlie to all of my friends and family.

You have done a brilliant job of making the whole experience very safe. All the measures you have put in place are excellent. As an older client who has been shielding I felt extremely safe.

Arrived for my cut and blow dry yesterday and the whole experience was wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to make you feel safe. Temperature checks on arrival, screens between chairs, sterilised equipment in glass jars which you can see. All staff wearing visors and wiping down between clients. Bria was amazing, made me feel relaxed and has made a wonderful job of my hair as always. Thank you so much your hard work is clear to see and so appreciated.
