Ayesha was brilliant at advising me on a total colour makeover. I went from a mix of grey & mucky yellow/white to a semi washout out of pure grey which was totally sleek & shiny. Next appointment already booked in to play around with more grey colours.

I have long hair always on edge getting my hair cut from past experiences but Ellie did a great job did exactly what I asked for and booked in for her again the same day as she made me feel very comfortable.

Very happy with my hair trim and the friendly service. Charlotte checked how I wanted my cut to look at various points in the process, and achieved a style that suited me and my lifestyle to a T.

Always good to chat with Charlotte and I always feel great after my cut is done. Charlotte listens to what I'd like and does a great job of making it a reality. This week the girl who washed my hair was lovely too, and only 16! Such good customer service at so young!

Amazing salon, well priced for the excellent service given by every member of the team. Always so helpful in making hair decisions, do a brilliant job of making you feel relaxed, even with a lovely coffee and cake. I'd never go anywhere else for my hair, and Charlotte knows how to look after my hair in a way I've not experienced before. Incredible!

It’s always a great pleasure coming to have my hair cut or coloured with Choi. The whole salon is a lovely place to be with a relaxed atmosphere and really friendly staff. Choi is such an expert in her field and I feel completely safe in her hands.

I couldn't select Hayley above as they are new to the salon however she was an absolute angel.

I recently had a split colour dye but I've been working through and still undergoing trauma and I've felt less like myself.

I was anxious about coming to the salon but I needed my roots and hair sorting. Rather than going for an allover brown colour to match my dull inner view, Hayley inspired me to keep the joy and go for the red.

It looks beautiful and despite everything atm, I can at least view my hair and feel a little better about myself

Lauren always gets my hair colour and cut perfect! I've never been to a salon where I felt better looked after

I love coming to Hairven as you know straight away it’s a friendly and professional place. Jo the Receptionist is the best Receptionist in the world - always kind and welcoming. Craig is brilliant and gives you exactly what you ask for - I went from long light hair to a dark pixie originally with Craig and it looks so cute!
