As we don’t live in UK anymore just popped in in the off chance on Monday am for a wash & blow dry before going to a wedding in the afternoon. I was so well looked after and was really pleased with the result. Fabulous customer service. Thank you so much x

As ever Mitch was very thorough both before, ensuring that he knew just what I wanted, and during the whole process was meticulous about achieving the perfect style for me.

I went from dark blonde to copper today and absolutely love the result! Lauren did an amazing job on my hair and took a lot of time for the initial consultation so I felt very comfortable with the whole process.

Lauren was amazing as a stylist. She listened completely to what I wanted to achieve in a colour consultation & then after cutting my hair about a month ago she coloured it today. I absolutely love the result & the whole experience was as much of a true pamper as always. Lauren's personality & care for her clients really shows...I'll definitely be booking again!

A big thank you to Craig for taking the time to listen to my concerns about a previous issue with my hair colour and helping to explain what is acheivable, pros and cons. I felt heard and am much happier with the new colour and have confidence in my stylist. Fabulous cut too! Craig is old school in the nicest sense and understands how to make you feel comfortable when you are feeling very nervous!

Charlotte was fabulous, attentive and checked in throughout my appointment to make sure I was happy with the overall look. She had a lovely demeanor and made my experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be back again!

I really look forward to my time at Hairven. I feel pampered and relaxed from the minute I walk in. I went to the Beeston salon this time. The lovely Jo greeted me at reception, I had a great head massage done by Rose. Then, as always Craig, who's extremely talented gave me a fantastic cut and blow-dry . I would definitely recommend Craig, he always makes me smile!
All the staff, over both salons are amazing. Looking forward to my next appointment.?
The salons do get booked up very quickly though so hurry and book your appointments leading up to Christmas.

I really liked Ellie who cut my hair. I got to sit on a big cushion so I could see in the mirror. Everyone in the shop talked to me and I felt really special. I love my hair it's beautiful.

Nice to sit and discuss about hair styles for upcoming “mother of the groom”. With having such fine hair I was at a loss as to what would suit me. Normally my hair is tied back in pony tail due to working with children but needed something to soften my look. Stylist was helpful and was able to hear and lip read as I’m partially deaf

Knowing that I have taken up a new hobby, Choi suggested a new style to make it easier to manage my hair.

She is an excellent stylist and is always sensitive to my changing lifestyle.

She also supported my choice to go grey some years ago, my hair is my joy and Choi has made that possible.

Megan has achieved what I didn’t think was even possible, I cannot thank her enough she was amazing from start to finish, if you think it can’t be done Megan’s the lady for the job her talent is unreal!

Charlotte's professional knowledge and experience as a hair colorist and stylist is stellar. Always feels a treat to come in all the staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive from trainees, reception and stylists. Finding someone to entrust with my hair is like golddust. Charlotte is fabulous and Hairven are too.

I hadn’t visited Hairven for nearly 2 years. It was the First time I’ve been to the Beeston salon and was a nice atmosphere and good job experience. Love the head massages with the conditioner, really good cut and great finish.

As always a lovely experience. Charlotte knows me very well and has been my hairdresser for years, so with that comes an understanding of my hair preferences when Im not sure myself! She is also an excellent colourist.

I love my "time out" at Hairven, like a little mini spa. Love my head massages.
I never really know what I want, but Charlotte does understand what I want or mean!!

Love this salon. Everybody is so friendly and goes out of their way to help you. All the stylists I have had have done a great job. The reception team are the friendliest ever. Joanne does an amazing job and goes above and beyond to make everybody welcome

Felt so informed and in good hands
Was chatty but not to chatty so could relax
The atmosphere was really nice and felt welcomed
Lots of drinks which was nice because you can often be Forgotten in hair salons and if you have long hair like me and there for hours you can become quickly dehydrated so yes spot on!!
I came up with thinking I’d come out very very blonde but she put my health of hair first and informed me about the steps to take to get to the blonde I wanted thank you because some salons would of just done it to keep me happy and not think about my health of hair
