I’ve been coming to Craig now for a couple of years and he’s always attentive and really cares about his clients hair decisions I felt relaxed from the minute I arrived to when I left, my hair feels great and look forward to next time! This is my 3rd visit at hairven, I have extensions in my hair and they are amazing quality, my hair looks and feels amazing when i leave, beautiful salon nice and relaxing, the head massages at the back wash are really nice too, definitely recommend this salon and the ladies that work there are so lovely too.

I had some questionable layers done by a different salon and Charlotte helped me fix them, feeling much better- will deffo be back.

Such a wonderful experience every time. I took my 1 week old daughter with me (priorities!) and everyone was so accommodating. Lauren is so good at what she does and always talks me through the best options for my hair!

Everything Craig did from start to finish was amazing. I felt really understood at the initial consultation and then he really delivered with the balayage. I got exactly what I requested. The service from other staff was also excellent. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the salon to friends and family.
