Choi is lovely, talented and helpful and always happy to offer advice about what is best for your hair. Beeston is is lovely salon and staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

As always a totally brilliant service from Lauren! She’s brilliant at advising on what will look good and knows how to create the colour/style I want, I’m always so pleased with the results. The atmosphere of the salon is also lovely and I always leave with a big smile. I’ve moved away now and still travel back to Nottingham to get my hair done by Lauren as I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Mitch was excellent as always , loved cut and colour especially, so sad to see him go to Gedling but Beestons loss is their gain.

Alex was super lovely, she listened to me as well as making suggestions and encouraged me to go for something a bit different which I’d been wanting to do. Was so happy with what she did - undercut was perfect and so precise and I left feeling much more confident in myself.

Lovely as always. A fabulous wash and head massage followed by a thorough and much needed trim. Just what I needed after this week ? They even got me in the mood for Christmas by having Nativity ? on the TV ?

I am trying to grow my hair out of a lob that I didn’t enjoy having and wanted some layers putting in without losing any length and Ellie understood exactly what I wanted. I love my hair now and I have booked myself in with her again. She’s such a lovely young lady. The coffee was perfect too.

Craig is brilliant at cutting hair and really understands working with your face shape and features to give you exactly what you asked for but making sure it suits you! Reception and juniors are lovely too!

As usual Mitch has done a lovely job of my mums hair. Mum has dementia and Mitch is always so patient and kind to her xx

Ive visited many hairdressers in the past that always said that they couldn’t do anything with my textured hair. At my consultation with Leigh, I was amazed as she knew what to do straight away! I’m a nervous person but after meeting the friendly staff I’m really looking forward to my appointment! Clean and tidy and lots of smiling faces.

As we don’t live in UK anymore just popped in in the off chance on Monday am for a wash & blow dry before going to a wedding in the afternoon. I was so well looked after and was really pleased with the result. Fabulous customer service. Thank you so much x

As ever Mitch was very thorough both before, ensuring that he knew just what I wanted, and during the whole process was meticulous about achieving the perfect style for me.

I went from dark blonde to copper today and absolutely love the result! Lauren did an amazing job on my hair and took a lot of time for the initial consultation so I felt very comfortable with the whole process.

Lauren was amazing as a stylist. She listened completely to what I wanted to achieve in a colour consultation & then after cutting my hair about a month ago she coloured it today. I absolutely love the result & the whole experience was as much of a true pamper as always. Lauren's personality & care for her clients really shows...I'll definitely be booking again!

A big thank you to Craig for taking the time to listen to my concerns about a previous issue with my hair colour and helping to explain what is acheivable, pros and cons. I felt heard and am much happier with the new colour and have confidence in my stylist. Fabulous cut too! Craig is old school in the nicest sense and understands how to make you feel comfortable when you are feeling very nervous!

I really look forward to my time at Hairven. I feel pampered and relaxed from the minute I walk in. I went to the Beeston salon this time. The lovely Jo greeted me at reception, I had a great head massage done by Rose. Then, as always Craig, who's extremely talented gave me a fantastic cut and blow-dry . I would definitely recommend Craig, he always makes me smile!
All the staff, over both salons are amazing. Looking forward to my next appointment.?
The salons do get booked up very quickly though so hurry and book your appointments leading up to Christmas.

I really liked Ellie who cut my hair. I got to sit on a big cushion so I could see in the mirror. Everyone in the shop talked to me and I felt really special. I love my hair it's beautiful.

Nice to sit and discuss about hair styles for upcoming “mother of the groom”. With having such fine hair I was at a loss as to what would suit me. Normally my hair is tied back in pony tail due to working with children but needed something to soften my look. Stylist was helpful and was able to hear and lip read as I’m partially deaf
