Another lovely experience (as ever). Such a warm welcome, great haircut and chat and left feeling so much better.

Booked in for a Goddess Package with Ellie and had a lovely time in the salon, starting with an amazing head massage and treatment from Rose which made me feel super pampered!
Ellie is a great stylist and really listened to what I wanted and checked throughout that I was happy with the cut which was then finished beautifully. She also gave me great advice about how to style it myself.

Thanks Ellie for my lovely haircut today. Great advice and very accommodating to make it just right. Look forward to my next visit.

Had highlights and a cut with the lovely Ayesha for the first time today. Very relaxing and quite a fun time, but with helpful guidance from Ayesha, resulting in the best cut and colour I could have wished for. Would give 6 stars if I could. Really happy.

Been seeing Choi for years. She understands curly hair and I love chatting to her! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair, so much so, I followed her when she moved from the Gedling salon to the Beeston salon, even though it means a much longer drive for me. ☺️

What can I say? Hairven is heaven- even if its not been such a bad day, you still leave feeling in a lighter mood. The pampering , the great hair and the laughter with Choi, all make it the best experience. Special mention to Jo on front of house too - always lovely and goes out of her way to help.

It always a relaxing few hours and lots of catching up to do when I have my hair coloured and styled by Choi, who always does such a wonderful job. I can’t recommend her enough. I love Hairven and the staff are always so happy and helpful friendly.

As always brilliant . Lauren is such a lovely hairdresser and a fantastic colourist - can’t recommend highly enough!

I’ve felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door!
I was seen by Megan she asked what I would like and recommended some great ideas for my hair. I’ve had a cut and blow dry so far and it’s just how I wanted it!
Going back for a colour soon and all is set out clear before I go for it!
It’s very professional and friendly here, looking forward for going back for my colour in March.

Ayesha was great at listening to what I wanted to do with my hair as well as offering some advice. She did a lovely job, I'm really pleased with how it turned out and got lots of compliments for the rest of the day x

Three other stylists tried to save my hair after what I can only assume and hope was a very inexperienced apprentice had cut my hair.
I had gone in for a trim and layers, but ended up having my hair significantly shorter on one side and on some of my back. The rest was in a reasonably preserved length, but obviously not a great cut/style. The initial stylist just took off

My expirence was amazing!! The staff are so nice very welcoming and polite didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. I had my hair coloured and i absolutely love it.

I have been coming to Hairven for a few years now and always look forward/enjoy my experience. However I arrived to a freezing cold salon, to which I remained cold throughout my stay. I also had my hair washed with cold water twice, as for some reason the salon didn’t have any hot water either . Not exactly the experience I was looking for!! Especially at premium prices.

I wanted a change and had been trying to curl my hair at home with very little success. I was booked in for a consultation with Craig. He was lovely and immediately understood what I wanted to achieve. He tailored a plan for me and I was booked in for a perm. Craig told me about his experience with perms and I immediately felt trust and reassurance. Today I had my perm dine. The whole process was very easy and comfortable. Each member of staff was lovely and you could tell that they genuinely enjoyed helping customers feel good. I was made to feel at ease the whole time and also made to feel like I was the only important person at the time. Craig is very good at keeping you informed of each stage and has a lovely persona. I asked to buy products at the end and was pleased that I was only recommended the items I actually needed to achieve my style at home. I love my new hair. I will be recommending this salon to everyone I know.

For my first visit, I thought it was nice and relaxed and friendly place, I was served some tea and had a great chat with the stylists. My hair looks incredible, I am over the moon with what Charlotte has managed to do with the colour and style. She is very talented at working out what you want if you're indecisive like me, and incredibly skilled. I would recommend Hairven in a heartbeat and will definitely be coming back!

First time getting a colour and doing something fun with my hair. Ellie is great at her job and definately knows what’s she’s doing. The whole experience was lovely and the final product of my hair way better than I could have imagined.

My stylist was LILY ( name not on list above). She did my hair beautifully.

Charlotte was great as always but the salon was so cold. Not sure why but took me ages to warm up after being with you for 3 hours
