I came in to have a haircut as I'm currently suffering from massive hair fallout, so we chose a style that would suit my natural curly hair texture and would help facilitate growth, while also keeping the hair as long as possible like I wanted. I did still need a lot taken off as the ends were dead and scraggy, but I already knew that going in and Helen made sure not to cut any more than she needed to.
She was so lovely all throughout and gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my hair and what's best to use while I try to get my hair back to normal. Would happily have my hair cut by her again!

I haven't been to Hairven before. My husband got me a voucher for my 50th birthday. Helen,and in fact all the staff,were all very friendly. Kind and chatty without being too ott. I love my spiral perm! I'm really pleased with my hair. Would definitely recommend.

Today was my 2nd appointment with stylist Helen, and I absolutely adore her! She’s a lovely lady with whom I “Gelled” immediately. She does a great cut and gives excellent advice on colour and style.

It felt like a lovely little pamper session and my hair looked amazing when I left. Helen was really knowledgeable and advised me on the best brush to use for my hair to reduce damage and the best bobbles. She put layers in too to reduce the amount of overall length that needed to be taken. My hair feels really healthy and I really did feel like I'd had a treat as I left the salon. Thank you!

Cannot fault Choi, always a great colour and haircut. Choi did me a huge favour and got me booked in for an earlier appointment. Always very friendly and gives good advice. Jo on reception also great

I just popped in on the off chance of a dry trim and was able to have one straight away with Rowan who was friendly and personable and I was very pleased with the service and my trim
