Never a complaint when I go to Rubys relaxed atmosphere everyone is so friendly and Trust Ruby after 18yrs of having her as my hairdresser

I have been trying to find a new salon for a couple of years and have struggled. Ruby Hook was great from the moment I walked in!

Sammy is so lovely and I felt I was in safe hands. All the other stylists who were in that day were so friendly too, and there was such a nice vibe in the salon. It was super clean, spacious and relaxing.

My hair was washed by May with the added treat of a head massage (so nice!) and then cut and blow dried by Sammy with professionalism and care. I left feeling like the best version of myself. I’ll definitely be back!

Regularly see Elle for a cut, always does a great cut. Very friendly & helpful.
Great salon, lots of space, all staff seem to gel well. Coffee was good chatting too much to read the magazines which I enjoy as never have enough tie

I was nervous about my hair cut. It had taken me 15 months to get away from a pixie cut. However my hair was needing it! Ruby suggested we did a first cut to normalise the uneveness and start with a fresh canvas, and she did just that, respecting my wishes to NOT take it so short i would feel miserable about my hard earned efforts. My only niggle was, i felt it looked a bit flat due to the serum used when i wanfed it to look thicker, but that was all. I would definetly return.

Im disabled and the hairdressers here especially Jess are kind empathetic and understand about lip reading. The hair cuts are always top quality and I come out refreshed and relaxed.

Friendly, efficient service. Kayley understands my hair and seems to know exactly what I want. Always a warm welcome and a relaxing environment.

Bella is always so friendly and welcoming and does everything exactly as I want it, she’s amazing, I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair.

Had a beautiful cut and colour with Niamh today. We’ve been chatting about styles for a while, and I’ve spent the last few months growing my hair out… so this was the moment. Her advice is genuinely brilliant, she really listens, and she nailed exactly what I was after. The cut and colour are perfect, and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been going to Bella for a few years now and always look forward to my appointment with her every 12 weeks. She’s like my little sister. She remembers everything including my children’s names which is amazing considering how many clients she sees on a weekly basis. She is a real credit to you and your business Ruby and I’m always super impressed with my cut given that I’m useless at telling her what I want. She just knows!

Niamh has been cutting my hair for quite a few years. She is a lovely happy person. She all ways cuts my hair lovely, never had a bad hair cut. Everyone in Ruby Hook are very friendly to. I would highly recommend Ruby Hook wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can’t say I enjoy going to the hairdressers but Marie really made me feel at hipev good stylist she listened to what I wanted and delivered.

They run a loyalty scheme too which I believe is a great idea. This was my first trip but I have rebooked.
