My first time coming in advance of my wedding and Sammy did an amazing job, lovely atmosphere and overall a really lovely experience

Sammy was lovely, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions with knowledge and understanding.

After a recent accident I needed to change my appointment and come in a wheelchair. Everyone was so accommodating in the salon and made me feel very relaxed. Marie suggested a toner on my hair and I was extremely happy with the results!

NIAMH and the team are all very kind and helpful. I have been using this salon since it opened and would not go anywhere else.

Marie has worked wonders with my hair that was in very poor condition. After a few cuts i will be au naturel and back to grey with a fabulous restyle!

So pleased with my fresh balayage from Sammy today, she understood exactly what I was looking for even with my terrible brief and absolutely nailed it. Liv helped Sammy and took care of me whilst I was in the salon - they both made my first experience of Ruby’s an absolute delight! Also, such a beautiful, clean, chic salon made the whole experience feel like such a treat! Will definitely be back, thank you girls x

This is the 3rd visit to Elle and I can honestly say that she is THE best. I have Tric and she doesn’t judge me but empathises with my condition and makes me feel less anxious about it.

Jess managed to transform my hair today. From a simple conversation a few weeks ago her suggestions for a semi-balayage have taken my hair back to the blend of colours that it was naturally ten years ago. A really lovely outcome!

Myself and my daughter are new to the salon and saw Jess today; she was so friendly and capable, giving me advice on what I asked for and I was very happy with what she did (which was exactly what I wanted) but my daughter was gushing about her as soon as we left! ‘ I love Jess, can we go there every time now, I love my hair’ and on and on! So we will definitely be back in the New Year and cannot recommend enough!

I have been having my hair cut by Marie since I moved to the area April 2024 and have never been disappointed. The salon is light and airy, restful decor and Marie has great listening skills and positive ideas about how to style my hair each time I come.

First time at this salon today having been recommended by a close friend . . Delighted with every aspect of my restyle, cut and colour . Sammy was so easy to talk to and came up with suggestions that I love. Best restyle in years . Would highly recommend Sammy and the salon .
