What a wonderful day, my hair has been cut to the highest of standards, it was glossy and smooth after a treatment too, thank you Bella.

And I also won an Easter surprise, thank you Ruby, it made my day!

As always excellent.
The best hair wash in town, wish every hairdresser took so much care.
Brilliant cut and then used straighteners to curl my hair.

The salon always has a lovely vibe, everyone is friendly and welcoming. It’s fresh airy and clean. Welcomed with a lovely drink and then Kayleigh always does a consultation and discusses everything fully before going ahead. There is no rushed vibe. There is no pressure for any treatments and the ones offered were thought through to ensure the best your your hair needs and growth plans. A lovely head massage whilst at the basin before Kayley then proceeded to do exactly what I wanted. Always checking in on length, products etc. I would 100% recommend the salon and services to anyone.

lover of make up, hair etc and was quite daunted when having to choose somewhere new. Think I have made the right choice.

I met Niamh 4 years ago. My previous hair dresser had severely damaged my hair. Niamh is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, she is caring and kind. Needless to say my hair is absolutely amazing. The salon is beautiful, great natural light, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Niamh and the salon 😊

Have not had hair done in a salon for many years as had mobile hairdresser. I am now retired and have the time to travel into town and attend the hair salon. My daughter has been having her hair cut at your salon for several years and advised me to try you out. I needed a completely new hair style in preparation for my son’s wedding in May. Sammy was excellent, very friendly, complimentary of the natural colours in my hair and did an amazing job of tackling my long thick hair which has been up in a ponytail for many years. I walked out of the salon in cloud 9.snd will definitely be returning again.

Worked hard but I did not like the curls though we did discuss this - not her fault though- not sure if I need a different stylist who can deal with my type of hair? Maybe more experience? Jess was fab though but feel she was cautious as it was her first time with me 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been going to Sammy for over three years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always understands exactly what I’m looking for, and the end result is spot on every single time. When she went travelling, I actually waited rather than going to someone else… that’s how much I trust her with my hair!

The whole experience at Ruby Hook salon is beautiful as well. As a mum to a three-year-old boy, the peace and sense of calm there is exactly what I need and something I genuinely look forward to. Sammy is fantastic, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Always totally trust Ruby and feel completely relaxed. She knows my hair and what suits me. I had a slight colour change thus time and after a good chat I took her advice and I love it. I recently visited Ruby hooks salon in Towester from the moment you walk in you are greeted by warm smiles.The salon is beautiful decorated clean and well organised the pricing is very reasonable considering the high quality of service.They take there time to listen I am so happy to have found this salon after year of disappointing hairdressers messing up my hair and charging the earth.I highly recommend this salon if your looking for first class service great products amazing honest stylists. Finding a good hairdresser takes time, & mistakes. So on visiting Ruby Hook and having Marie sort my hair was so refreshing. Marie listened, which is most important and understood exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is modern with a relaxed feel and made to make you feel good about yourself.
I have booked another appointment with Marie, say no more. From a happy customer 😄

I used to go into central London to have my hair coloured , however I am delighted with the colour that Kayley has achieved for me . She listened to what I wanted and then advised how to go about achieving the ‘look’ . I am very happy with the result and my hair condition has also improved . I would highly recommend Kayley !
