I’m sorry I’m not sure of the lovely stylist that spent so long trying to save my daughter’s hair after it got matted up. She stayed late after an emergency phone call and then finished it off the next day. Wasn’t able to save it but was transformed into a lovely hair cut/style my daughter loved.

I can’t thankyou enough and lovely hospitality offering drinks to my daughter,son and myself and making it a very comfortable experience for all.

A wonderful afternoon in the salon, a beverage and a girlie giggle with a lovely bunch of ladies who always make you feel one of the family, nothing is too much trouble and you feel so pampered and looked after. You are an important part in the operation of this well oiled machine, and certainly made to feel like it!

I’ve been going to see Ruby and Jess for over 3 years now ever since I moved to the area and I couldn’t ask for better. Ruby is an exceptional colour expert who understands my hair and balances my goals with what’s best for my hair. Jess is just the best as a stylist and being newly qualified, I cannot wait to see what amazing work she continues to do in the future. I should mention that everyone else in the salon is just lovely and add to the experience and I would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough

This was my second visit to Ruby’s! And I will be back again. The salon is stunning and all of the girls are delightful. Ruby is a genius at colouring my hair. It’s low maintainence but looks fabulous for months and months! In fact I think it got better as time went on!

Girls couldn't remember who they had but they were well looked after very happy with their hair

The only thing their grandad was not happy about was where they had done such a good job he wasn't able to show his gratitude by giving the lady's an extra bit money as tip to say thank you
Also he wasnt carrying any cash due to card policy was unable to tip with the card payment but other then that great service 9/10

I love going to get my hair done at Ruby’s, always feel welcome. I’ve found it daunting going to salons before, but have never felt that at Ruby’s as everyone is so friendly. Niamh does such a wonderful job with my hair, she always listens and advises and I just love my appointments with her 🥰

Ruby has been doing my hair for nearly 10 years and I’m always so happy with it. The salon is always so welcoming and I can’t say enough about the girls/team who work there. It’s always such a warm welcome and because I’ve been going for so long they know me - which is lovely.
