Niamh has been working her magic on my hair for sometime now. She always listens to what I want, whilst also being honest on what she thinks might work best. My hair is now in such good condition, with my colour exactly how I hoped it would be.
It always feels like such a treat to go into the salon, which is gorgeous! I feel so well looked after by all of the team, and as a mother of two little ones, it's just the pamper that's needed.

I love coming to see Niamh, she listens to everything I say and we work together to get the best out of the time I have in her chair. I always leave feeling wonderful again - if she could come and curl my hair every morning too that would be fantastic!

Elle was excellent. Gave great advice how to care for my hair and the new style. We chatted and was made to feel important to her. I have rebooked with Elle.

Lovely experience again today. Cut and blow dry with such a lot of advice so I can get the best results at home. Texture spay, who new!

What an absolute pleasure to visit the salon today. Took a chance and popped in without an appointment and they were able to see me within half an hour. Sammy’s consultation was excellent - she listened to everything I had to say, looked at my hair and asked me about my hair and advised on the cut and styling. The hair washing at the basins was so nice. I had a head massage which was very relaxing. The finished result was exactly what I wanted. Very pleased. Would highly recommend. Even had a lovely cup of tea!

I booked in with Sammy for a blonde balayage. After box dying my hair brown, I didn't think I'd see these results in one sitting but Sammy did an amazing job & I couldn't be happier with the results! Would absolutely recommend :)

I never write reviews, but actually this wonderful group of women deserve it. I have been going to Niamh myself & my son has been going to Kay for the last 2 years & she is so patient and caring with him (3 years old). All the women here are so welcoming & he honestly loves hair cut days! They offer him (and me) a drink everytime, there’s always a lovely atmosphere & they all make him feel really special. Kay also does a perfect job with his hair every time. A wonderful salon & just thank you for taking the time to make my son feel really special. He really looks forward to his haircuts & we love coming to see you all! I’ve never been in a salon that is so welcoming before, especially with a young child. Highly recommend

Always excellent, friendly and relaxed environment to enjoy hair appointment. That’s the only reason I can justify the cost as it is very expensive now.

After trying all the salons in Towcester a number of years ago, after my hairdresser for 20 years decided to become a carpenter. I was recommended to try Ruby. I have never looked back. The salon is lovely and airy. All of the staff are genuine and a number of them have put up my hair, styled at over the years. Ruby however is my main stay for my hair and I cannot recommend her enough.

Always amazing. Whilst at university I went to a couple other hair salons and genuinely didn’t like anything anyone else could do, Niamh is spot on and perfect every time with my cut and colours!!!!

I have had my hair done my Niamh for a long time now. She is the best stylist I have ever had! She knows exactly how to achieve what I ask for but is realistic at the same time. I would highly recommend Niamh and look forward to our catch ups!

This was my daughter's first proper salon experience at age 13 and it was fab, she enjoyed every minute of it.
Staff are friendly and engaging, talking through the options and products available, and she loved the hair massage washing ❤️.
The cut was just right and she's exceptionally happy and pampered thank you. The coffee for dad was a welcome surprise too, we will be back.

I wouldn't let anyone else near my hair, now; Niamh understands me (and my fringe!) so well and always dudes a fan job.
