Always an absolute pleasure to have my hair done at Ruby Hook Hairdressers. All the team are professional and friendly and a pleasure to be around. The salon is tastefully decorated and gives off a feel of calm. I have been coming to see Kayley for a few years and the time she takes to go through my colour choices is appreciated, as well as dealing with my indecisiveness about my cut and blow. Really is a great experience.

Niamh is amazing. Makes me feel so confident in getting my hair cut. Always come out feeling refreshed and light.

As always, it’s a pleasure to have a haircut in your premises. Excellent attention and service, in a very relaxing environment.

An appointment just before my hols, as needed a tidy up as only half way through my usual 6wks. Marie thinned it out all over and made it look so much better. Then never charged me, I was surprised as in life nothing is free. Was a lovley gesture and meant a lot. Thank you..

Beautiful salon. Had my first consultation, and really looking forward to looking after my hair properly. Also purchased a curl cream which feels and looks lovely on my hair 😊

I always have a gorgeous experience! Welcoming, personal and incredible results. I had colour by Bella (who has been doing my hair for about 6 years) and a cut by Marie. So happy with the results and practically bounced out of the salon.

The best salon in Towcester! I’ve been coming here for several years now and it’s the most lovely welcoming & friendly salon. Bella is amazing and knows exactly what to do with my hair without me having to say anything at all! She is so talented and such a fabulous member of the team! X

Very pleased with my hair

The appointment was quick and professional and I’m pleased with the way the stylist checked the length to get it just right.

Sammy has been doing my hair for a while now, from blonde to brunette and I always leave the salon LOVING my hair. Sammy is amazing at the work she does and she really listens to what you want and delivers every time.
I also like the whole vibe in the hairdressers and everyone is always so welcoming and friendly.
I highly recommend!!!

Marie always cuts my hair beautifully, but today I decided I wanted to go a lot shorter and I couldn't be happier with my new hair. Thank you Marie.

Today Marie did a cut and finish on me, I haven’t had my hair cut for about 1.5 years she was very understanding and extremely helpful and lovely, she cut my hair exactly how I envisioned it!! I felt so comfortable and happy while at the salon!!

Before my appointment I got soaked in the rain and was immediately checked in and offered a towel to dry myself off which I just thought was so kind!

I had a training appointment with Gabby who did a wonderful job taking time to listen to how I wanted my hair done and also over the cut and blow dry.

Niamh always listens to me tell her about how my hair has been in the last 8 weeks or so. She knows that I tend to say ‘do what you want’. I’m always happy with the result.

Once again wow! I mentioned to Marie that I was starting to feel old and a bit dated. After a quick chat and amazing cut I came away feeling rejuvenated. Thank you so much

I had an appointment today with Jess to cut my 2 daughters' hair. She listened to what each of the girls wanted and advised my eldest on the best cut to achieve the look she was hoping for. Both came away extremely happy, with beautiful haircuts. Thank you Jess. 😊

Had my hair cut and blow dried with Mayy today and I’m so pleased with the result. She took time to understand what I wanted and consulted with me throughout to check what she was doing was ok. Mayy was also very considerate in checking I was comfortable.

What a lovely experience. The salon is so light, airy and beautiful. Marie is friendly, kind and a great hairdresser!

Another great cut and even though it was seven weeks since my last the shape was still there. Sign of a good hairdresser.

I’ve been on a bit of a hair journey with Jess, coming for regular trims and toner treatment. I decided I wanted to add some dimension this time and she absolutely nailed it, giving me the dream colour I was after. I can’t recommend Jess enough. So professional and approachable 😊
