Bella is always great..she offers great advice when I’m unsure what to do with my hair, is very friendly and chatty and I look forward to my monthly appointment with her as I come out looking like and feeling like a different person. Great job as always Thankyou x

My hair appointment at Ruby Hook Hairdressing in Towcester could not have gone better. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have very thick shoulder length hair and trainees Kate and Gabi, under the careful eye of their trainer Kay, managed to do an outstanding job. The team were meticulous about the colour match and they listened attentively to my cut and finish request.
I was over the moon with the results and I booked my next 2 appointents with them without hesitation.

I have been trying to find a new salon for a couple of years and have struggled. Ruby Hook was great from the moment I walked in!

Sammy is so lovely and I felt I was in safe hands. All the other stylists who were in that day were so friendly too, and there was such a nice vibe in the salon. It was super clean, spacious and relaxing.

My hair was washed by May with the added treat of a head massage (so nice!) and then cut and blow dried by Sammy with professionalism and care. I left feeling like the best version of myself. I’ll definitely be back!

Regularly see Elle for a cut, always does a great cut. Very friendly & helpful.
Great salon, lots of space, all staff seem to gel well. Coffee was good chatting too much to read the magazines which I enjoy as never have enough tie

I was nervous about my hair cut. It had taken me 15 months to get away from a pixie cut. However my hair was needing it! Ruby suggested we did a first cut to normalise the uneveness and start with a fresh canvas, and she did just that, respecting my wishes to NOT take it so short i would feel miserable about my hard earned efforts. My only niggle was, i felt it looked a bit flat due to the serum used when i wanfed it to look thicker, but that was all. I would definetly return.

Im disabled and the hairdressers here especially Jess are kind empathetic and understand about lip reading. The hair cuts are always top quality and I come out refreshed and relaxed.

Friendly, efficient service. Kayley understands my hair and seems to know exactly what I want. Always a warm welcome and a relaxing environment.

I’ve been going to Bella for a few years now and always look forward to my appointment with her every 12 weeks. She’s like my little sister. She remembers everything including my children’s names which is amazing considering how many clients she sees on a weekly basis.
