It was my first time visiting Ruby Hook Hairdressing and it was lovely. The place is very looked after and i’m extremely happy with the result. Will definitely be returning. The only thing i would say is i was asked if i wanted any treatment in my hair in which i said what would you recommend. However i wasnt told about how much extra it would be. It didnt bother me paying extra as i know it would help my hair i just wish it was mentioned and prices were discussed when i was asked if i would like any treatment. Overall i love my hair and my experience and will be recommending to others. Thank you

Immediately checked at the main desk and offered a haircut style. They check in with how you want your hair cut and do not get carried away.

I walked in not knowing how to explain what I wanted (just “help my boring hair please”), and Kayley somehow decoded everything perfectly. She made me feel so at ease, didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing the lingo, and we had a laugh during the appointment. 10/10 consultation. I left feeling understood and actually excited for the end result! Looking forward the the appt itself!

I am so pleased with my cut and colour by Kayley. I needed a fair amount cut off my hair and fancied a new change after having a baby a few months ago and Kayley has done an amazing job as always. She is also so lovely and friendly and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else cut my hair now! The salon is also really lovely and the service from everyone is first class.

Marie has been doing my hair for years. Marie is kind, funny and a brilliant hairstylist. Always willing to share tips how to keep my hair in excellent condition. The cut is always perfect and the styling is flawless. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my hair.

From start to finish I had the best experience at Ruby Hooks. I had never coloured my hair before and wanted advice and ideas to enhance my natural colour while adding texture and brighten it up. Bella listened and spoke me through everything and has absolutely nailed what I wanted. My hair looks natural and subtle but I still feel like a new woman. May who washed and toned my hair was also very lovely and advised me on upkeep as well. Overall I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. Thank you!
