Proper lift of my spirits in tricky times, Ruby is wonderful. And she does great hair!

I was up for a redesign, a touch nervous and unsure as to what i wanted. However i felt in safe hands. I didn’t feel rushed at any point and great care was taken at every step. I’m not there yet with the style but it’s a start to build upon and a step in the right direction.

I came in for my first appointment at Ruby hair. I had chosen Marie as my stylist as she’d been recommend by a friend.

Marie took the time to listen to what my vision was and she completely understood the assignment! She was very thorough in explaining her plans for my hair, explaining in detail and explaining why she was doing certain things. It was a great experience after leaving my last appointment elsewhere not very happy.

I’m so pleased with the results and Marie knows exactly how to take things forward and understands my vision and what I’m trying to achieve with my hair.

Lovely bright, airy, modern salon, too, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive.

I had my hair cut by Kate today, who only qualified in March, but I would think had been cutting hair for years. She listened to everything I wanted for my hair whilst also advising what would be best. I couldn’t fault her on anything, she is so friendly and very easy to talk to! Looking forward to my colour in August!!

I cannot say enough good things about Niamh, I am always happy with everything that she does for me, she gives great advice and is the expert of all fringes :) x

Niamh has been my stylist for over 4 years. When I first met her my hair was severely damaged by my previous hair dresser. Niamh is incredibly professional, thorough, caring and kind. She restored my hair so much so that it’s thicker and stronger than ever. The colour and cut is absolutely beautiful.. The salon is bright amd clean. The whole team are very welcoming. Always an absolute pleasure to have my hair done at Ruby Hook Hairdressers. All the team are professional and friendly and a pleasure to be around. The salon is tastefully decorated and gives off a feel of calm. I have been coming to see Kayley for a few years and the time she takes to go through my colour choices is appreciated, as well as dealing with my indecisiveness about my cut and blow. Really is a great experience.

An appointment just before my hols, as needed a tidy up as only half way through my usual 6wks. Marie thinned it out all over and made it look so much better. Then never charged me, I was surprised as in life nothing is free. Was a lovley gesture and meant a lot. Thank you..

I always have a gorgeous experience! Welcoming, personal and incredible results. I had colour by Bella (who has been doing my hair for about 6 years) and a cut by Marie. So happy with the results and practically bounced out of the salon.

Very pleased with my hair

The appointment was quick and professional and I’m pleased with the way the stylist checked the length to get it just right.

Sammy has been doing my hair for a while now, from blonde to brunette and I always leave the salon LOVING my hair. Sammy is amazing at the work she does and she really listens to what you want and delivers every time.
I also like the whole vibe in the hairdressers and everyone is always so welcoming and friendly.
I highly recommend!!!

Marie always cuts my hair beautifully, but today I decided I wanted to go a lot shorter and I couldn't be happier with my new hair. Thank you Marie.

Today Marie did a cut and finish on me, I haven’t had my hair cut for about 1.5 years she was very understanding and extremely helpful and lovely, she cut my hair exactly how I envisioned it!! I felt so comfortable and happy while at the salon!!

Before my appointment I got soaked in the rain and was immediately checked in and offered a towel to dry myself off which I just thought was so kind!
