Niamh has been cutting my hair for the last seven years. Excellent service as usual. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time at this salon and well over due for a haircut. Bella was lovely, listened to what I wanted and gave me a lovely fresh haircut. Very pleased. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to Jess for a couple of years although I only get my hair cut twice a year. She has always done a really good cut and I am always very happy with the results. I used to change hairdressers all the time but I will be sticking with Jess.

Megan gave my hair a treatment then a lovely trim with long layers and a beautiful bouncy blow dry which made me feel and look great. Excellent trainee experience. Thank you!

Last year I contacted Ruby hairdressers as I was getting married last minute and I wanted a beautiful wavy style applied to my hair extensions. Despite the last minute nature, they made time for me . I have naturally thick 4c hair and they washed and blow dried my hair for me wonderfully. Jess also did a fantastic job styling my clip in hair extensions for my big day - and the salon experience was so nice. I can’t thank her & the salon enough! Sadly I’ve moved from the area but will always recommend this salon to those in the Towcester area

She was polite, friendly, and demonstrated great professionalism by asking relevant questions, repeating back to ensure that she had understood and constantly checking checking in throughout the appointment to make sure my daughter was happy with the cut.

​What stood out most was her client-focused approach—she engaged directly with my young daughter rather than talking to me, which was wonderfully refreshing for a young client getting her hair cut. May delivered a great haircut and finish, and her attentive care made the experience entirely seamless. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked our next visit!

I have recently started using the Salon, and Niamh for my cut and blow dry, and couldn’t be happier. I am a perfectionist and was keen to find a hairdresser that understood me and pampered at the same time. Niamh is amazing, doesn’t rush, understands and pampers me. I have left both times feeling confident, gorgeous and happy. The salon is always clean and tidy and makes a good cuppa too 🙂👍🏼☕️

A lovely young lady, May, permed and cut my hair this morning. She was being assessed whilst doing so. So under pressure! She did a fabulous job and was very meticulous. I will happily have her do my hair again.

Everyone is always welcoming and friendly and Niamh has been doing my hair for years now and will always go above and beyond and makes you feel so welcome.

Jess done beautifully with my 4 year old first hair cut, she made her look like a little princess ready for school! She was very understanding at what we wanted and how much hair we wanted cut. She was very patient with a fidgety toddler too. Amazing gna bring my daughter here again and possibly myself as a treat as we were so looked after😊

My daughters first experience at a hairdressers and oh my god they were wonderful! Little touches like hot chocolate and biscuits and being so lovely and talkative with my daughter! Hair cut was perfect and kayley was just fab! She obviously made an impression as my daughter has been playing hairdressers for the past 2 hours 😂 we will 100% be back, gorgeous salon and staff, thank you!
