I booked an appointment with Ruby as I needed a restyle and I wasn’t disappointed. I left the salon with a precision cut and am absolutely delighted

Ruby has been my hairdresser and colourist for. 6 years now. She really understands my hair and the look I desire. Ruby uses her creativity, to make a little changes in the colour to make it feel different and pop without being to drastic. Which is perfect for me as I love a little change every visit.

Bella is always friendly and professional in offering advice regarding my hair.
Always a warm welcome and very pleased with my new colour and always a lovely blow dry and finish.

Ruby is simply the best stylist I’ve ever been to which is why I go back again and again. She listens patiently to what I want, takes care to ensure I understand the potential but importantly the limitations then produces colour that is perfect. Book, you won’t be disappointed.

Ruby always listens to exactly what I want, and knows my hair so well. The colour and cut is always perfect, and I go out feeling a million dollars. i do like it but to be honest it just looks like my roots have just be touched up and my hairs been evened out i didnt ask for this colour i was told i can go the blonde i wanted but needed 2 olaplex treatments to become the blonde i wanted but im still the colour i came in with and i wasnt told the complete price either i got told 2 different prices in 2 different conversations

The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive to listen to what you want. The whole experience is relaxing with great results at the end. The salon is spacious, lovely decor and good coffee too. You really get a personal experience every time. Thank you

I thought Scarlett really listened to what I wanted and I felt went over and above on finishing my hair. A really relaxing and enjoyable experience. My only regret is I forgot to tip her which I will rectify on my next visit

Ruby always does the best job with my hair! I have never loved my hair colour more! It’s such a pleasant and calm atmosphere in the salon and absolute joy to have my hair done.

I’ve been a client of Ruby’s for many years from her time in Browns Stony Stratford up to the present day in Ruby@Browns. I’m also a client of Kays. Ruby has exceptionally high standards so all of her Team will be amazing as you’ll see from the other reviewers. If you are new to area I highly recommend the Salon and I hope you’ll enjoy being in expert hands.

Kay was professional, taking into account my preferences in colour and style whilst providing her expertise and additional advice. Scarlett was so attentive. Discussed what I wanted and if I wanted any special treatment. Lovely hair wash and then blow dry. Hair was absolutely beautiful and lasted all day whilst at a wedding including dancing/head banging in the evening. So Delighted. Thank you so much Scarlett. Would definitely recommend.

I’m always really happy with my hair. Today I came in saying I wanted something that was easy to maintain and I left with that and something that looks great. Bella also helped me work out what would be the best time gap so I will keep it looking fresh without having to get it done too regularly.

It was my first time at Ruby @ Browns, Naimh is my stylist, I have followed her from a previous salon as she is always, sunny, helpful, knowledgeable and I love the way she does my hair. I would recommend her everyday of the week.
The salon was clean, tidy and there was a nice atmosphere. I will be returning.

Niamh was friendly, professional and welcoming as was the lady on reception. A lovely relaxed clean environment, and overall a great experience!
