So pleased with my fresh balayage from Sammy today, she understood exactly what I was looking for even with my terrible brief and absolutely nailed it. Liv helped Sammy and took care of me whilst I was in the salon - they both made my first experience of Ruby’s an absolute delight! Also, such a beautiful, clean, chic salon made the whole experience feel like such a treat! Will definitely be back, thank you girls x

This is the 3rd visit to Elle and I can honestly say that she is THE best. I have Tric and she doesn’t judge me but empathises with my condition and makes me feel less anxious about it.

Jess managed to transform my hair today. From a simple conversation a few weeks ago her suggestions for a semi-balayage have taken my hair back to the blend of colours that it was naturally ten years ago. A really lovely outcome!

Myself and my daughter are new to the salon and saw Jess today; she was so friendly and capable, giving me advice on what I asked for and I was very happy with what she did (which was exactly what I wanted) but my daughter was gushing about her as soon as we left! ‘ I love Jess, can we go there every time now, I love my hair’ and on and on! So we will definitely be back in the New Year and cannot recommend enough!

I have been having my hair cut by Marie since I moved to the area April 2024 and have never been disappointed. The salon is light and airy, restful decor and Marie has great listening skills and positive ideas about how to style my hair each time I come.

First time at this salon today having been recommended by a close friend . . Delighted with every aspect of my restyle, cut and colour . Sammy was so easy to talk to and came up with suggestions that I love. Best restyle in years . Would highly recommend Sammy and the salon .

Been a client of Niamh’s now for over 5 years, never once have I come away from an appointment disappointed. She is an incredible stylist who always listens to what I want (or what I think I want!) and manages to exceed expectations and deliver each time. She’s an asset to the Ruby Hook team and Jess who also assists in the appointments is always polite and takes care when washing my hair. It never feels rushed.

Niamh has been my hairdresser for 3 1/2 years. She is incredibly professional & experienced. She has a lovely caring and kind nature.

I’ve been using Ruby’s for a few years now and very happy! Niamh is super friendly and always cuts my hair exactly how I ask whilst also making suggestions and sharing her knowledge. My hair feels and looks amazing! Prices are higher than other nearby salons but you get what you pay for and the service and cut are worth it.

Niamh has been my hairdresser for years. I love her, she is a pro at colouring and I trust her entirely to cut my hair how I like it everytime. She is always up for helping mix it up when I get bored too. Always feels a treat and like I'm catching up with an old friend each time I come in for a haircut.

I always absolutely love my colour. Such a welcoming and professional salon. It always looks immaculate and I always feel so welcome and valued. My hair is always exactly what I ask for and Ruby is just so lovely to chat to and makes you feel in totally safe hands.

Kayley is an exceptionally good hairdresser. I have unruly hair and I am not the best at taking care of it.
