Yet again, a wonderful cut/colour by Niamh. I’m never really sure what I want but Niamh comes up with great advice and follows through with a great outcome. I get fantastic service and thoroughly enjoy the experience.

Today was the first time Marie cut my hair. I am truly pleased with it and can’t thank her enough. I would definitely recommend Ruby Hook”s. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and very professional.

Sammy listened to what I wanted and interpreted my rambling perfectly. I felt at ease with her from the beginning, She came across as being very confident and friendly. I am very hard to please when it comes to my haircut but I definitely give Sammy top marks.

Had such a lovely morning being pampered, felt so special from my colour transformation, hair trim and time to relax.
Had a good girlie catch up, a relaxing head massage followed by a nice coffee with a biscuit.
You leave feeling like one of the family and part of a well tuned machine that cares about you and your hair.

My hair appointment at Ruby Hook Hairdressing in Towcester could not have gone better. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have very thick shoulder length hair and trainees Kate and Gabi, under the careful eye of their trainer Kay, managed to do an outstanding job. The team were meticulous about the colour match and they listened attentively to my cut and finish request.
I was over the moon with the results and I booked my next 2 appointents with them without hesitation.

I have been trying to find a new salon for a couple of years and have struggled. Ruby Hook was great from the moment I walked in!

Sammy is so lovely and I felt I was in safe hands. All the other stylists who were in that day were so friendly too, and there was such a nice vibe in the salon. It was super clean, spacious and relaxing.

My hair was washed by May with the added treat of a head massage (so nice!) and then cut and blow dried by Sammy with professionalism and care. I left feeling like the best version of myself. I’ll definitely be back!

Regularly see Elle for a cut, always does a great cut. Very friendly & helpful.
Great salon, lots of space, all staff seem to gel well. Coffee was good chatting too much to read the magazines which I enjoy as never have enough tie

I was nervous about my hair cut. It had taken me 15 months to get away from a pixie cut. However my hair was needing it! Ruby suggested we did a first cut to normalise the uneveness and start with a fresh canvas, and she did just that, respecting my wishes to NOT take it so short i would feel miserable about my hard earned efforts. My only niggle was, i felt it looked a bit flat due to the serum used when i wanfed it to look thicker, but that was all. I would definetly return.

Im disabled and the hairdressers here especially Jess are kind empathetic and understand about lip reading. The hair cuts are always top quality and I come out refreshed and relaxed.

Friendly, efficient service. Kayley understands my hair and seems to know exactly what I want. Always a warm welcome and a relaxing environment.
