Friendly but professional staff who all seem to enjoy being there & each other too. Welcoming, relaxing & spacious environment. Clean, not cluttered, beautiful ambiance. Elle is such a lovely person & I completely trust her to do a great job every time.

I left the salon today feeling very smart and tidy after an excellent haircut by Bella.
I have never been disappointed and not only is Bella an excellent cutter, she is a delightful, friendly stylist.

Elle has brought my hair back from the brink over the last few months, I’ll be forever grateful.
She is always thorough in pre colour and cut consultation and clearly wants to make sure her clients leave with exactly what they came in for or more. She makes an effort to remember previous conversations, shows an interest in you as a person and is just an all round lovely person to work with.

Bella washed cut & blow dried my hair today. As ever her professionalism was superb. She always listens to my requirements & offers her expert advice . Could not be happier with Bella’s skill as a hairdresser & the overall salon experience

After flying 30+ hours from Australia to UK, Kayley managed to bring my hair back to life with a wash and blow wave. She was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job! Honestly the nicest hairdresser I have set foot in, such a great experience.

Walking into the air conditioned salon during a heat wave was an instant win for me. Loads of light and bright space. Friendly and skilled staff. Watched an apprentice patiently rescue a child with serious hair tangles whilst their bemused Dad sat helplessly worrying. Really great service.

Wanted to brighten up my hair a bit but keep a it natural and really low maintenance and Jess absolutely delivered. I am beyond pleased with the result, the framing around my face is just perfect. Jess also advised me on some great products to help me look after my scalp and my hair at home, she wasn't pushy at all on this which isn't the experience I have had in other salons before. In fact Ruby's is a salon I stayed with for a few years now due to the relaxed and non judgemental culture, 100% recommend.

I’m sorry I’m not sure of the lovely stylist that spent so long trying to save my daughter’s hair after it got matted up. She stayed late after an emergency phone call and then finished it off the next day. Wasn’t able to save it but was transformed into a lovely hair cut/style my daughter loved.

I can’t thankyou enough and lovely hospitality offering drinks to my daughter,son and myself and making it a very comfortable experience for all.

A wonderful afternoon in the salon, a beverage and a girlie giggle with a lovely bunch of ladies who always make you feel one of the family, nothing is too much trouble and you feel so pampered and looked after. I’ve been going to see Ruby and Jess for over 3 years now ever since I moved to the area and I couldn’t ask for better. Ruby is an exceptional colour expert who understands my hair and balances my goals with what’s best for my hair. Jess is just the best as a stylist and being newly qualified, I cannot wait to see what amazing work she continues to do in the future. This was my second visit to Ruby’s! And I will be back again. The salon is stunning and all of the girls are delightful. Ruby is a genius at colouring my hair. It’s low maintainence but looks fabulous for months and months! In fact I think it got better as time went on!

Girls couldn't remember who they had but they were well looked after very happy with their hair

The only thing their grandad was not happy about was where they had done such a good job he wasn't able to show his gratitude by giving the lady's an extra bit money as tip to say thank you
Also he wasnt carrying any cash due to card policy was unable to tip with the card payment but other then that great service 9/10
