Great visit and fabulous experience as always. Amy P is a joy to spend time with and offers good advice so I’m loving my new style!

Amy was my stylist today as usually. My hair is starting to thin due to the menopause and lacked volume. Amy suggested going a bit shorter. The end result was great really lifted my hair and gave it definition.

Amy was brilliant. I had had my hair done while I was on holiday and it was a mess. The cut was terrible and I couldn’t wait to get home to have it redone. Amy worked wonders . I am so pleased with the result and I cannot thank her enough.

Came in for a very long overdue cut and colour. The last bayliage sean did for me still looked great even after 2 years of not having it treated (shhh don't judge, life was busy being busy), left the salon today with a gorgeous fresh Bayliage and feeling amazing. Also had THE best head massage while having my hair washed. Just amazing service every time.

Beth did a great job on my hair and I was given my peppermint tea with bag left in lots of good chat too

I have now been coming into Saks, Yarm with Beth colouring and cutting my hair Quite a few times and every time I totally enjoy how Beth makes me look!
I also bought my daughter, Angel , a gift voucher so that Beth could do her hair & Angel loved the experience too. Yes we are really happy when we come to Saks, Yarm.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and stayed because the colourists are absolutely amazing, but I think that was my last appointment as the hair stylists are just too rough with my hair and pull at my scalp. I’ve never been too bothered and just put up with it but on the last one I could actually hear my hair snapping out my head and it was just a very painful experience. I understand everyone is in a rush but it’s meant to be a relaxing and luxury experience
