Once again excellent service from Sean my amazing hairdresser. I would also like to say how impressed I was from the young trainees who washes my hair and started to blow dry it.

Amy is a fantastic hairdresser. Really good experience as usual.

You feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you step in the door. My hair is as I asked for when I leave and always gives good advice on how to colour my hair. Would recommend this Salon to anyone

I always look forward to my salon visits to Saks Yarm and the lovely talented Sean who has been my stylist for several years . All staff are warm and welcoming, the salon is clean and comfortable and Sean is very experienced and gives great advice and amazing head massages 😀

Lovely assistant. Good water temperature. Nails were pleasant on the scalp. Very long wash! Took too long as the position is uncomfortable. I worried about all the water usage and would have been more relaxed if tap turned off whilst shampooing etc. Scalp massage weak.

Another great visit to Saks in Yarm to have my hair cut and coloured by Amy before she heads off on maternity leave. Friendly staff and skilled cutting and colouring.

Very pleased as I always am with my hair. Charlotte advised me with how I should have my colour and so happy with result. Wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are lovely including the apprenticeship staff.

Sean is very helpful and pleasant and all staff talk to you they all make you welcome

It’s not just your stylist who is friendly, it is everyone in the salon with people who’ve never cut your hair greeting you and making you feel like an old friend. Obviously the cut was fantastic and Amy made my day a little brighter with a good chat and catch up.

Sean is very patient with Alfie and Freddie. Always over the moon with their haircuts. Won’t go to anyone else!

When you have short hair, and find someone who cuts it beautifully, why go anywhere else? I've been a client of Sean's for years and am always delighted with how he cuts my hair - and it's always a pleasure to visit the salon.
