Rachel is always so lovely as are the rest of the girls, my hair is always exactly what I ask for and they do an incredible bouncy blow dry.

I always love my visits to Saks and Sean is absolutely amazing at listening to what I would like and turning it into the hair of my dreams. I was worried that when I relocated I wouldn’t be able to find a hair stylist and after some bad experiences in the past was hesitant but after being recommended Saks I have been blown away by the salon and staff and always come away feeling like a new woman!

I was treated today from Amy (apologies I didn’t get the surname,but I know that she has recently became a mum), with whom I had a hair cut and she did exactly what I asked for! Also Sophie, styled my hair beautifully and there was another lovely lady who offered me even a hair massage! Friendly staff and very calm environment. Love my new haircut :)
