She took the time to talk me through the hair cut step by step, explaining her approach and checking in through out. Was pleased with my hair. It was exactly as I asked for. I was not happy that my appointment was at 12pm but didn't start until 12.30pm.

I really enjoy going to this salon and have been going here for more than 10 years. I am never disappointed in the experience or my hair cut/colour.
I have had my hair cut and styled over the years by four stylists and have never been disappointed at SAKS Yarm. I would highly recommend.

Amy was her usual attentive self, spending time to advise me on my style., this was in the middle of a particular hectic day as Yarm Fair was coming into town today and so there was additional pressure to complete her appointments in time to pack up and close the shop, but at no time did I feel the pressure she was under.
