I visited Samy for the first time after having a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! She has completely restored my confidence and made me feel comfortable and well looked after from the very beginning. She is incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.

The whole place is spotless, the prices are very fair, and everyone is so lovely, friendly, and welcoming. It’s such a lovely feeling to find somewhere where you feel valued and in good hands.

This was my second visit to Saks and both times I've walked away feeling extremely happy with my hair and like I've been looked after really well. The whole team appear to be brilliant and are all really friendly, and Jenny is an excellent stylist and colourist. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service

I booked in to have my long hair put into an updo for my brother's wedding. The lovely bubbly Jenny listened to me and gave some great advice for how to style my hair for the day. The finished result was beautiful and despite it being a windy afternoon for the photos my hair stayed put! Jenny was so friendly and the customer service in the salon was fantastic, I'm looking forward to returning for my next haircut.

I visited today after being over-highlighted elsewhere, and Sean got straight to work. He immediately knew how to balance and blend my colour, and the cut was perfect too.

I’m really happy with the result — it looks so much more natural and will be far easier to maintain. I was so pleased that I rebooked straight away.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming and chatty. I actually really enjoyed talking with Sean, even though I arrived feeling completely exhausted and worn out. He’s very easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel relaxed.

And who doesn’t love an amazing head massage? Highly recommend!

Great cut, friendly, chatty, took her advice on styling and length, looks good. Quite pricey at £65 for a cut and blow dry.

Bethany was absolutely fabulous with my daughter, it was the first time she had her cut since she was born so it was a big occasion for her. Bethany demonstrated great communication and interaction throughout the whole process. She had a warm and bright disposition, the hair cut itself was great quality. Highly recommend!
