Read more...I had an appointment getting my hair extensions fitted! From the consultation to the fitting the stylist was very knowledgable about all off the different types of extensions and listened to what i wanter to achieve for my hair and gave me recommendations based on that. She colour matcher and orderer them for me straight away and they arrived within days. She informed me of all the tips to keep them looking brand new and kept me up informed through the fitting process. It’s always a joy to come to the salon i’ve been coming here since December last year getting my hair coloured by chloe and its such a welcoming place.

Unfortunately due to rising salary, energy and colour costs we had to increase our prices slightly last year and we are doing our best to keep prices stable for 2023. Toni is our most senior stylist and therefore the most expensive, we do offer a less expensive service with other stylist if you prefer.. Thanks Amanda

Excellent service from Toni who did my highlights exactly as I wanted them. Toni took great pains to get the colour just right. Cut as good as always. Great to have the complimentary massage reinstated too, it starts the whole experience well.

Hadn't been in for 9 months due to... life. Toni immediately made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I used to feel nervous going to get my hair cut but not anymore. Toni is so lovely and very patient especially with all my erms and I'm not sure, and seems to have the ability to know exactly what I'm thinking for my hair! Love my fresh new do, my hair feels amazing and now looks so healthy. Can't recommend her highly enough.

A decent cut for my daughter. Spent ages waiting a the counter to be acknowledged as the assistant is on the phone shifting appointments. Happens every time. A mix up with timings but all resolved. A good cut and pleasant service with Chloe. Customer relations could be a bit better.

The stylist I had although telling me she was very new to the company was happy, chatty and discussed the restyle I was after in detail. She made me feel relaxed and listened to what I would like.

Worst bouncy blow dry I have received. I have thick hair and was done in literally 20 mins. The stylist was running 30 mins behind schedule, so started on me at 12, and was done by 12.20! Hair was still a little damp from roots and back so asked her to blast it a little more. Doesn’t even look like a professional blow dry. Flat and dry looking. I’m sorry but more training is required for her to be advanced in this industry! Will not use this salon again especially for the price I paid when I could have done a better job myself.

I had an appointment with Toni for the first time although I have been using the yarm contemporary salon for a good number of years. Toni provided excellent service, listened to me and proceeded to style my hair as I wanted. I was very happy when I left the salon. Tonight also provided a very relaxing head massage when she washed my hair!! Highly recommend the salon, immaculately clean and very welcoming.
