I have been having my hair done by Kirsty for a few years now and as always she is both friendly and professional. My hair was looking a little tired recently and my colour was looking faded. Kirsty is very knowledgeable and added a toner to my hair to refresh it without having to use a more permanent dye- which I always prefer. My hair had grown like crazy in the sun so was too long, too thick, roots were a mess and all the style had gone. Emma and I discussed and agreed to cut more then usual and shorter layers and fringe pieces and it how feels lighter and cooler and has shape and bounce and wonderful colour. And no roots!! Perfect.

I had a keratin treatment done at the Yarm salon and was charged £120 for the service however it is listed as a £80-£90 service on the salons price list. I have emailed the twice asking for a refund but there has been no response. This is quite an appalling attitude from the salon and it is deceitful to charge different price to one that has been printed on your price list. Very disappointed.

We have checked our price list and have confirmed that the keratin treatment is indeed listed at a lower price. to reflect the 6 week treatment, £120 is for the 13 week treatment. We are currently investigating why you were charged more and we will ensure this discrepancy is addressed moving forward. Could you possibly give the salon a call and ask to speak with the Manager Amanda, we have checked the email and can't seem to find your messages.

Emma is great with my nano extensions. She is careful and nothing hurts. I love them! I have push ups one every few weeks (this appointment) and colour and cut after another few weeks.

Had a cut and blow-dry from Sam in preparation for going abroad. Also had a hair treatment which has restored shine and revived my highlights. Cut is precise, Sam is excellent at getting it just right and works with you to decide exactly what you want. Highly recommend her and have already booked my next appointment.

I’m someone who takes very little pleasure in going to the hairdresser. I have thick, curly hair that doesn't seem to want to grow.
I knew straight away that Sam knows what she’s doing, she talks to me about what I want and then goes through the different ways she can achieve it. I definitely feel safe in her hands and I have always been happy with the result.
I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a lovely girl who puts this nervous customer at ease and I actually end up enjoying the experience - which is saying something given how much anxiety going to the hairdresser causes me.
