I initially came in looking for a grey colour in an attempt to blend with the natural grey hairs. Full credit to Laura who was completely honest and advised a warmer colour to blend with my skin tone. The result was better than I could’ve have wished for!!

Loved my visit t thank you
My hair had grown like crazy in the sun so was too long, too thick, roots were a mess and all the style had gone. Emma and I discussed and agreed to cut more then usual and shorter layers and fringe pieces and it how feels lighter and cooler and has shape and bounce and wonderful colour. And no roots!! Perfect.
Went a little darker last time so asked for a few lighter strands. Was only booked in for roots but Sam did a lovely job of lifting my colour. Thank you! 👍🏻
I had a keratin treatment done at the Yarm salon and was charged £120 for the service however it is listed as a £80-£90 service on the salons price list. I have emailed the twice asking for a refund but there has been no response. This is quite an appalling attitude from the salon and it is deceitful to charge different price to one that has been printed on your price list. Very disappointed.
First time with Sam very pleased with my cut and blow dry. She paid a lot of attention to ask me how I like my hair
Emma is great with my nano extensions. She is careful and nothing hurts. I love them! I have push ups one every few weeks (this appointment) and colour and cut after another few weeks.

I love this salon. Sam is a fantastic stylist. She is great at cutting and colouring and very professional and friendly. It is always a very relaxing experience and excellent value for money.
Had my hair cut with Josie after not being in salon for years, made me feel very comfortable and gave me some very good advice.

My daughter had her hair coloured, cut and blow dried by Kirsty. The colour was amazing and I loved the time she took to cut her hair and style it just perfect for her prom!
Had a cut and blow-dry from Sam in preparation for going abroad. Also had a hair treatment which has restored shine and revived my highlights. Cut is precise, Sam is excellent at getting it just right and works with you to decide exactly what you want. Highly recommend her and have already booked my next appointment.
I have tried nearly all of the salons on Yarm high street and this is by far the best. Gorgeous salon, friendly staff, lovely cut and exceptional value for money,

I’m someone who takes very little pleasure in going to the hairdresser. I have thick, curly hair that doesn't seem to want to grow.
I knew straight away that Sam knows what she’s doing, she talks to me about what I want and then goes through the different ways she can achieve it. I definitely feel safe in her hands and I have always been happy with the result.
I can't recommend her highly enough. She's a lovely girl who puts this nervous customer at ease and I actually end up enjoying the experience - which is saying something given how much anxiety going to the hairdresser causes me.

Great cut from Sam who cuts shape extremely well. My hair has been very easy to style as it falls into place nicely. Sam listens to what you want and advises accordingly. I was off to a special event and my hair looked great for it. Thank you!

I am usually rushing to Yarm from work in Darlington. As soon as I am in the salon I feel relaxed. Toni is such a lovely friendly lady. I have been coming to this salon for years because its professional and friendly. My hair dresser Toni is outstanding. She really cares about giving you the final result you want and will give honest advice to make sure this is achieved. I always feel listened too and get the hair style I want.
Nothing is too much trouble and she is very attentive in checking how the colour is developing under the foils to make sure you get the colour you want. Advising whether a toner is needed during the washing stage and involving you in the cutting process to make sure you're happy with length and style.
Toni always advises on the latest products for sale in the salon and how they would improve the condition of the hair and maintain the colour at home for longer.
I always leave feeling like a new woman.
Lastly she is very personable and treats everyone with respect and is always very friendly. I've never found a better hair dresser.

I feel I need to start with the stylist was absolutely lovely and I cannot fault her manner at all. I came in with short hair which was undercut but outgrown. I showed the stylist two photographs of what I was looking which was a quite short messy pixie cut, as short as she liked up the back and sides because I have a funny hairline. She told me she didn't use the clippers and it would be cut with scissors which is absolutely fine but the way in which she cut it meant that it wasn't really short at all and she didn't cut round my ears or shape the points to my face, the top she took the very ends off and cut into a little so I basically ended up with a slightly shorter version of what I came in with which isn't what I really wanted. Now she did ask if everything was fine and I said yes because basically if she had given me a mullet I would have said yes it is fine because that is just me. I wondered if there was somewhere when you book online that you could put it is a short hairstyle wanted then you would be give a stylist that is happy to cut short hair. Again I must stress that the stylist was absolutely lovely.
