I had Izzy for my colour and josie for the cut
I wasn’t shown a colour chart , stylists discussed between themselves . Colour was left on for a very long time , I didn’t feel like it was washed off properly. Salon was extremely busy , I was left for a while waiting for hair to be dried and cut. That then felt rushed. It was not a good experience and I feel really unhappy that I’ve paid over £100 for that. I came home and washed my hair 4 times to try to fade the colour. I feel I should be given a refund for the colour . Contacted the salon but no refund offered
Another great cut from Sam. My hair was ready for a good cut and Sam as always was ready to listen and advise. I had a treatment and came away feeling 100% better with cut and style. Super, friendly service.
Absolutely brilliant
Wonderful from start to finish, very relaxing and a great haircut, checking throughout what i wanted etc. Staff are friendly and fab. Also appreciate the online booking system making it easy to see what times to work with my schedule. Been back a few times now and will continue to come back. Recommend to my family too.
