This was my third visit to SAKS.John discusses with me what I want out if my style and what bugs me about my hair. He remembers what we've previously done but talks through with me what he thinks will work so I understand why he cuts my hair the way he does. My curly hair has different textures in it and he takes time to make sure he cuts it all as needed.
As always I loved my hair cut. Shawn is lovely and knows exactly what I want.
Excellent visit thank you. Happy smiley faces when I arrived. Offered a drink. Didn't have to wait long before shown to johns chair. Out on time.

Went for cut & blow dry with John on Weds 11th Remembrance Day. No wish to remember what my hair looked like beforehand; John as always with his magnificent skills turned me into a woman with a beautiful Bob! Met friend straight after & so impressed, wereturned to salon to book her appt for today In M&S after that was stopped by two strangers who admired my "beautiful hair". Thank you loads John for my great hair!! You're a star!

Today I had an appointment for a cut & style with Shawny
From the moment I arrived at the shop I was treated well . I was offered refreshment & taken to have my hair washed , the girl was courteous , chatty & gave me a head massage after the wash . The stylist was a good cutter, she first discussed with me what I wanted, then set about to complete my style
I was very happy with my experience & will make another appointment before Christmas
