Saks Hair Skipton

First time at SAKS. Georgia cut my hair and I'm so happy with my new style! It actually suits me and people keep commenting how nice it looks but the best thing is that it's so much easier to look after. Definitely returning.

Have been visiting Saks in Skipton for approx 12 years when I moved to Skipton! I have recommended John to friends and they tell me he is the best kept secret in Skipton! The girls are always pleasant a lovely salon experience!

I had my hair cut today by Shawny. I absolutely love it. My hair is totally transformed. I have a brilliant cut and a lovely style. Thank you Shawny, I'll definitely have my hair cut more often now!

I can't thank Shawney enough, I've gone from long bleached blonde dead hair to a short pixie cut and she's done it brilliantly while being very supportive and reassuring. Very professional and friendly salon - wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Amzazing! I was really anxious about trying a new hairdresser after being with my previous one 12 years but I'm thrilled with it!

I rang at short notice to make an appointment for wash and blow. When I arrived I changed my mind to include a cut aswell.

The greeting was very friendly, and they could accommodate my requirements.

Georgia was very proficient, yet friendly and approachable. Will definately be going back.

Saks Skipton kindly agreed to fit me in last minute after my usual hairdresser let me down before 3 important interviews this week. Georgia was very skilled & completed a lovely job, while being personable with it. I will definitely visit Saks again.

I went for a complete hair overall with Claire and I certainly wasn't disappointed. She spent time talking about what I wanted and she just seemed to know what would suit me, how refreshing !! I had a colour, highlights and a complete re-style and the whole experience was fabulous. The whole team are very friendly and I completely enjoyed the experience.

Good consultation. I discussed the look I was going for. The stylist helpfully said it wouldn't suit me and I said that I liked her style a shoulder length slightly choppy Bob. She spent ages cutting and checking but it started getting shorter and more layers went in . I asked if I could have a wave on the ends. The stylist carefully used straighteners and the result looked good, but she used no product on the hair and I mentioned that my hair would drop she then sprayed hairspray and the result was different to what we had agreed but nice non the less. The wave was out 20 mins later and I realised ins side of my hair had quite blunt layers whilst the other side was unalayerd. My hair looks uneven and a bit wig like. I had bra length hair now I have an uneven mum Bob. It's a shame as the stylist seemed to know what she was doing if slightly off course from what we had discussed. I won't go back. To rectify would mean going shorter and that was not the look I wanted. A real disappointme

Brilliant first visit, everyone is friendly and I felt that my stylist listened to me, which I feel is hugely important as I have left salons in the past because they have insisted on doing my hair 'their way'.

Spent 3 luxurious pampering hours going from blonde to a fantastic copper red. Thanks Claire for an enjoyable experience, lovely cut and superb colour. Excellent service, really happy with the results. Everything was well explained, they listened carefully to what I requested and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

I've never been to Saks before and really pleased I called in. It was a very pleasant experience, from the comfy backwash and head massage, to the absolute care and attention from Jody who cut my hair. She explained what she was doing and listened to what I wanted. I've not been so pleased with my hair for a long time! Jody is a fantastic hairdresser, with a very warm personality too. Thanks so much.. I will be back :)

My overall experience at Saks in Skipton today was marvellous.
I wasn't sure what I wanted but I was guided by Claire and I was over the moon with the result.

John got my colour to a radiant blonde that I was hoping for. Elsewhere it's been over bleached or looked fake, but everyone has complimented me how natural it's been blended with my natural strawberry blonde colour.

I was feeling under the weather but the girls cheered me up and gave me a hot chocolate. I felt like I was being treated, plus I LOVE my hair. The recent re-Furb looks great too. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you SAKS. See you in a few weeks.

I go weekly for a wash and blow dry, 8 weekly for colour and style by Shawny, absolutely fabulous hairdresser.

Great appointment as usual, Jodie is fab and at last have found a hairdresser who I can trust, she chats rather than glares at you and the newly decorated Salon is great. They make you a wonderful cup of coffee too. Can highly recommend.

I love the new salon, staff are friendly and as always I love my refreshed hair cut. Thanks to all.

My stylist (Jodie) is just superb, excellent!! Knows her stuff well.

Have been client for good number of years and even though I have moved away I still come back as wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. My hair seems to retain it's shape well between cuts, which I guess is the hallmark of a good stylist, and am always very happy with highlights. Highly recommended.

Visited salon a month before the event in case my hair was cut too short. I was pleased with cut as I have been able to manage it myself. The cut isn't too short and is rasilt styled by myself, which is just what I requested.
Really pleased with my hair and the service I received.
